- ✨🌊 Water Challenge: Would you take it on? 🚗💦
Discover the Shiziguan Bridge, an engineering marvel that turns any journey into a floating adventure! With 500m of pure adrenaline and a breathtaking view, this Chinese wonder challenges drivers to maintain control on a path where the river embraces the road. 🌉🌿
But beware! Beauty comes with its rules - the pace is slow to avoid stirring up waves. Can you imagine driving on a bridge where mistakes are not an option? 😮
👉 Tell us, do you have the courage and skill to cross this dream bridge without delving into the secrets of the Qingjiang River? Comment your response and tag that friend who would either love (or fear!) this journey!
I go to work everyday crossing the Shiziquan river twice a day , sometimes even up to 6 or 8 times..... It's like floating at the same time you have to accelerate and move forward.... It's unique that's all I can say
Awesome 😎
Cool
Wow! Don't you get too confident. Please be careful 🙏 🤗
is it still safe if youre gonna slow down while driving?
Amazing
Thanks for the comment

nah… you can click the seatbelt button underwater…. keep your windows down and you’re good

What would be incredible would be if they made a guardrail that actually worked 😂
Too heavy for floats.
Safety is not the main concern here.

How about just taking it slow and careful? No super driving skills required... just slow the heck down and it's easy. Anyone that went careening off this bridge has only themselves to blame.
Keep the windows down, life jacket on and your mobile phone in a sealed plastic bag.

It's scarier to a passenger who can't swim

@@spikey8085 It's probably the same feeling you get if you are a passenger and you are riding with someone who drives super fast on the highway or residential neighborhood. It's scary!! that being in danger feeling. Crashing or sinking...

I remember going across something like that as a very young child on vacation. It might have been a temporary bridge and I screamed the whole time we were crossing it, which didn't help my dad who wasn't too happy about driving across it either.
It looks like a dream but honestly, driving on that would probably feel like a nightmare.

I used to drive on a suspension bridge with wooden planks that would roll like a wave in front of vehicles traveling above a certain speed. Teens like me and my friends in the seventies naturally drove above that speed to see the wave and then slam on brakes to sway up and down. Sadly, a heavy truck damaged the bridge and it became a historic landmark you can no longer drive across in a vehicle (though you can on a motorcycle but to lesser effect). It's the Swinging Bridge in Hinds County, Mississippi, USA. If only that bridge could talk, it could tell some tales!
Thank you! Nice story :)

Nope nope nope nope I have a fear of normal bridges over water. This is a NIGHTMARE! I would literally have a panic attack!!
It is called a ponton-bridge. Super innovative. So innovative that bridges like this have been build for decades by, among others, the military.
I thought it was pontoon...
...built for millenia. Didn't Xerxes cross the Hellespont on a pontoon bridge around 480 BCE?
@@boristherock8279 Caligula (allegedly) also had one 3 mile long bridge build near Rome just because they could do it.

😅 You would 'pass,' alright 😢
Not smart , things like this should be sturdy . This is not some boat passing through the bridge . 😂

Much perfect if they extend the width and doubled the side barriers
