Thanks for your analysis. I think that one of the good things that can happen in music is that, in addition to a good level, it shows fun, joy... The two-handed analysis with Jeff Souza, a real discovery.
What I discovered: PATAX is the most prominent fusion band in Spain, Jorge Pérez · Percussion Dani Morales · Timbal Valentin Iturat · Drums Miguel Sempere · Guitar Dani Noel · Bass Jorge Vera · Keyboard Aurora García · Vocalist Sara Sánchez · Dancer
Hi guys - great to see you, too, in this one, Souza👍🏼😃. PATAX: Holy smokes!!!!💥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🌪️🌀💃🏼🕺🏻🤩🥳😅👍🏼 SO happy to hear that your work on your next album with Hollander is moving forward - I’m looking sooo much forward to it!!!😃🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🤗 Actually I was just listening to “Circles” yesterday (again😄👌🏼🤩🥰) and was thinking about, how things were going with the next album😉💚🌱🌱🌱🌱. This was great - thank you🤗.
@@jeffsouza4213 You’re welcome - I love your music!🤗 (as Jeff C very well knows😉) Just to clearify: I don’t mean it like pressure or anything like that - just pure enthusiasm😉☺️. Rome wasn’t built in one day, and it’s a huge process (incl. processes within) to make an entire album! Not least when being apart physically and having individual lives going on simultaneously …. a lot of pieces for the puzzle to find their right place🌈🤯😅. Continue to wish you all ALLLL the best in the process and have no problem with patience waiting for the good and final outcome - when creativity and skills work together👍🏼🌈💚🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌻🤗.
Hmm. A "jazzy" reinterpretation of this just isn't working for me. The original has two key aspects that hooked me: Michael Jackson's choreography and the sense that you are in the middle of a horror flick. To be honest, I really might have liked this if it wasn't Thriller. The musicians and singing were really good but I just can't get past what they did to the song. Of course, trying to remake a Michael Jackson song is a huge risk no matter what you do. However, I could see turning Thriller into jazz if it had more of that New Orleans cemetary feeling.

You are so kind!
The band's name is pronounced Pa-Takes
Thank you!
the melody of this song sounds like Guns and Roses.
