You should do a few videos on specialty tea brews, now that all the big box stores liquidated this model for Christmas 2021. :) Thanks for the video!

This might sound like a stupid question, and maybe I'm missing something obvious. When I make iced coffee with my Keurig I usually only fill it up half with ice, brew it, then just put the rest of the ice into the glass to minimize the immediate melting and to make it extra cold. Have you ever tried or considered that? Thanks!

That's a great idea, thanks for sharing! I have not done this yet

Which machine do you prefer out of these two models? Ninja CP301 & the Ninja CM401

The CP301 looks great, makes a great hot cup of coffee, but it can be a little more complicated at first, with the Auto Drip Stop and other features, but once you learn them then it is a great coffee maker.

Can you show how to make an iced tea?

I'm kind of confused with the cold brew demo. Are you supposed to add ice to that? If not, why is the regular size cup only giving you about a third full?

Iced coffee is brews a really strong coffee and not much water through it, The ice will melt and dilute the coffee to the proper strength.

Ohhh okay! I've been confused about the difference.
So the "Cold Brew" setting is stronger anticipating ice to be added which dilutes the strength.
The "Over Ice" setting is a regular brew strength but still brews at a lower temp than Classic hot coffee brew.
      Do I understand this correctly?

    Just curious...
why do you prefer paper filters vs. metal ones?

    • @JustADad

Great question. at first I did not like seeing the sediment in the bottom of my coffee cup after I was done drinking. I found that with a paper filter you don't have any sediment in the bottom of your coffee cup. But what I have found is I think the sediment actually gives the coffee a better taste. My best cup of coffee has come from a Cone filter reusable style (metal one) so I am really torn about what to use. I do think the metal ones taste better, so I might be changing to a reusable filter in the future. Thanks for Watching and great question.

Can you make iced tea, or do you just make tea and pour it over ice?
