So in my opinion; the best to not to risk and skip coffee. Going through IVF is not fun. Needles + worries + waiting times + side effects of the hormones. You don’t want to do multiple rounds. If you can do IVF, you are a hero and also can skip the coffee. :) thanks for the info Melanie

Current recommendations is less than 2 cups of coffee per day, so one cup shouldn't harm your chances of conception. However, as always I recommend speaking with you fertility specialist for your specific needs. Team Melanie x

how do you know how much caffeine is in your cup of coffee?
You'll have to look at the type of coffee, where you got it from, how it was processed and how much you used

In my culture we drink a lot of tea is too included too?
Yes, tea does contain caffeine. Some herbal teas however, do not have caffeine.
