There is a woman who currently has a lawsuit out against Motorcity because she hit for over 100k on the slot machine and they said they can't pay her because she was banned a year ago. So she was like how was I banned but gambling for a whole year and they were taking my money for a whole year but soon as I hit, I was banned and have to be escorted out. I use to work valet then transferred to surveillance of a casino...if someone is putting big money down and they're winning big over a certain amount of time they will find any and all reasons to get you up outta there...all that rewards card stuff is just their own way to make the customer feel good about what '"status"they have and to keep track of your activity... This has happened to several friends and family members. And it happened at all the casinos in Detroit. They win big and then the casinos refuse to pay them.

Something similar happened to me at Motor City about 10 years ago. I was on a slot, doing my thing. Did a spin, I hit the jackpot. When you hit the jackpot on that particular row of machines, you automatically get another spin. It spun again, I got jackpot again. And it kept doing that cycle over and over again. I got like 20 or so jackpot spins before security and the state police Gaming Division troopers came over. I told them I wasn't leaving without getting my money. Long story short, they escorted me and the fam up outta there, and didn't honor my winnings. They told me I wasn't banned from the casino, but don't come back there for awhile. Next time I went there, they had removed ALL the machines in that section and put in new ones of a different game.

There is such a thing as Lawful Discrimination. That means. Business can legally refuse service for violation of their rules, abuse of staff, bringing pets to the location, safety violations like bringing weapons etc. But it was never explained why they were banning him.

Yes 100% did. Literally stated he couldn't cash out as an informal rule of waiting for the hot dice thrower to finish & he stated then he would "color out".

Something similar happened to me at Motor City about 10 years ago. I was on a slot, doing my thing. Did a spin, I hit the jackpot. When you hit the jackpot on that particular row of machines, you automatically get another spin. It spun again, I got jackpot again. And it kept doing that cycle over and over again. I got like 20 or so jackpot spins before security and the state police Gaming Division troopers came over. I told them I wasn't leaving without getting my money. Long story short, they escorted me and the fam up outta there, and didn't honor my winnings. They told me I wasn't banned from the casino, but don't come back there for awhile. Next time I went there, they had removed ALL the machines in that section and put in new ones of a different game.

@@gl7011 easier said than done. Please believe, my legal team looked into it. To sum it up, the laws says that when a slot machine malfunctions, you the player, gets no money. Hence, why troopers from the state police Gaming Division, walked the fam and I up outta there.
