Im not hating on him but he is definitely on some drug enhancement, no one on earth can make that transformation with a very short amount of time bro. No hate on him, he's a fantastic actor, but on this subject... it is what it is.

everytime I hear them talking about chicken, rice, etc. It reminds me about the spiderman 2 scene, where peter do a crazy flip triggered by spider sense and then he just tell to the children that were there to eat vegetables and rest enough so they can do that in the future.
that's what my mom was always saying, i never actually believed her!
So amazing that superheroes back then actually tried to be meaningful to children and convey a message. Children naturally looked up to a positive figure and rather than indoctrinating them with modern stuff, they used to tell children stuff like eat your vegetables, listen to your parents and it’s not cool to bully etcetera
That’s an achievable natural physique tbh

@@AEyob-mn2ep fr that’s what I wanna know
@@AEyob-mn2ep His body is attainable naturally. His transformations however are complete bs. The two most obvious giveaway signs are the timeframe and the "method". It is simply not possible to put on 20-30 lbs of lean muscle mass in less than a year. You have to go through a bulking phase where you'll gain quite a bit of fat and then lose that fat after the fact. This whole process definitely takes a lot longer than these Hollywood actors are claiming due to one more very important reason: doing exhausting work-outs 3 or more times a day like these guys are saying they're doing is physically impossible. There is no discussion to be had here; the body does not have enough time to recover in order to pull that off. Not to mention that the "chicken, broccoli, rice" phrase has become a meme at this point due to literally every fake natty using it every time they're asked about their lifestyle.
To reiterate, his physique is definitely natty achievable. No one should be discouraged from setting it as their goal. However, he didn't get it naturally and he is lying about it. That's why he is being dunked on this hard.

That can work maybe for 2 weeks before you are overtrained.
PED gives you anabolic stimulus and faster recovery.
That grows your muscles when you just pumping blood and enables you to recover way faster to lift 2-3 times a day.

I mean, of course its the chicken 🐔 , broccoli 🥦, rice 🍚, and water💧. Diet like that, you'll be the next Mr. Olympia in no time!
As a person who has seen this man irl and has been constantly working out for the past 3 years, he is definitely natural, I’ve been around plenty of people who do Gear, and they all have the same kinda build, tight skin, excess veins, and sometimes acne. This man got to look like that through true hard work😤
All dat still couldn't keep LORI😭
