    先生 ありがとうございます I'm an assolute beginner and I got the gist of it, about the minutes but I can't understand a lot of words and expressions you used on this video. I'm gonna watch it again after 6 or 7 months of studying and see if I could understand something more🙄😁 ありがとうございます

    The fact that you pronounced 分as ふん different from what I get in some research that pronounce 分 as ぶん leaves me with confusion...

    I would prefer to use 24-hour time. In that case, 17:30 is "17じ30ぶん です。"

      I think it's "Ju-Shichi ji han" (17:30)
      But you can just say "Gogo Go Ji han" (5:30 PM) Instead,right?

      In meaning, no. The difference lie in their voiced roots. These days we just need to memorise the difference in usage.
