    Hello, everything works, the only problem is that I have entered two apps with two different numbers and two different chatbots, but they conflict with each other. When I write to one, the other also responds from the same number. The only solution I have found was to use another account, but it is not a solution that can last. Any advice?

      If both of your numbers are under the same Facebook Business account, the good news is you don't need separate setups for each chatbot. You only need to set up one Cloud API App and use a single webhook for both. This means all messages for both numbers will go through this one webhook, and from there, you can decide which chatbot should respond based on the number the message was sent to. This setup makes managing your chatbots simpler and keeps everything under one roof without needing to juggle multiple accounts.

    when i create a app in the developers page it says : Your business is prohibited from advertising, including app sharing. so what can I do now ?

    Also, how can we have the bot hand thr conversation over to a human/agent so we can chat to customer manually?

      From the chatbot builder's Action Block, you can pause the bot automation and assign the conversation to a live chat agent.
      You can also access live chat through the main dashboard, where you can assign conversations, take control over bot automation, and initiate conversations with users.

      @@rapidbott thank you. Is there a mobile app your provide for our agents to use? or is the shared inbox only a desktop web version?

      @@dalepurdon8948 At the moment you need to use the our Live chat directly from the dashboard. Mobile App for Live chat agents are already in our RoadMap.
      Also on the Live chat settings of our chatbot you can enable the settings for only show the assigned conversations. So that Live chat agents can only see the assigned conversations to them.

    Can we use this bot platform if our business number is already registered with a BSP ?

      Yes, you can use our platform even if your business number is already registered with another BSP. However, you'll need to migrate your WABA number to our platform using our WhatsApp Cloud API integration.

      - Include the external API requests if needed for more complex logic and integrate your Python server if you have custom AI algorithms or back-end processes.
      3. Python Integration:
      - If you are using Python to handle backend processes, ensure your Python server can handle incoming requests from Rapidbott and send appropriate responses back.

      If duplicate messages happens, please check if you had two Developer app created my mistake. Like i shown in the video. You can either turn off the app or delete it.
