To send bulk messages
Step 1: Create an account on WANotifier
Click here wl.tools/wanotifier/
And click ‘Get started for free’ & sign up to your account,
Step 2: Get your WhatsApp Cloud API Credentials
Step 1: Login to Facebook developer Portal & create an App
Once you create your account, click on ‘Click here’ option
Click ‘Meta developer account’, enter your Facebook login details & login,
Click ‘My apps’ & create your app, to add product click ‘Set up’ on WhatsApp’,
Step 2: Setup your phone number in WhatsApp cloud API
Click Start using the API ► add phone number, enter details,
Step 3: Configure Webhooks
Click on ‘Configuration’ and edit, to get the details to verify webhook,
Go to WANotifier, get the details add to verify webhook,
Click manage, subscribe to all the fields,
Step 4: Generate permanent access token
First create an user, click add assets ► apps, select the app created,
Now click ‘Generate new token’ select your app,
Then select ‘WhatsApp business messaging and management’,
Click ‘Generate token’, save the access token,
Step 5: Add a payment method
Go to accounts ► WhatsApp accounts ► Settings ► Payment methods,
And add your payment method,
Now go to Meta developer, Change the app mode to live
It will ask you to add the URL of privacy policy page,
Click ‘Basic settings’, add the URL, once done
Change the mode to live, go to WhatsApp ► Getting started
You will find the credentials, add it to WANotifier.
Step 3: Send messages to all your customers
First add all contact details of your customers,
Now to send bulk message, Create a message template ,
And click ‘submit for approval’, once approved,
Click ‘notifications’ ► Add new, add notification details,
And click ‘save & send’.
This is how you can send bulk messages using the official WhatsApp Cloud APIs

Great video. Please did you read the disclaimer: Once you register and setup your phone number, you will not be able to use that number with the WhatsApp mobile app or WhatsApp Web and it can only be used with Cloud API. This is a setback that should be reviewed.

That's correct. What that disclaimer actually means is at any particular point of time the phone number can be either used with the APIs or with the app (if you decide to not use Cloud APIs anymore, the number can be again used on phone app).
This limitation by WhatsApp is so that the number works independently with the APIs. The simple reason behind this is WhatsApp & WhatsApp Business mobile apps are completely free to use but WhatsApp Cloud APIs are paid APIs. If they allow the same number to be used on both places, it'll be very difficult for them to know which messages to charge for and which message to keep free.
As WhatsApp Cloud APIs are for advance uses like bulk messaging, integration with website for transactional messages, creating automations etc businesses can get a new phone number to fulfill these requirements which they can't fulfill with the free mobile.

I tested today. Good plugin and service. I get rid of wpnotif and installed wanotifier.
What i did not like is the triger of abandoned cart does not exist.
Also i want to say i habe 2 phone numbers added to my meta business account. One from twilio and second one created by developper app in Facebook. The question is how to add a twilio Whatsapp account to wanotifier dashboard and use both whatsapp apis?.
The last question is . Does wanotifier able to output shortcodes from Woocommerce and Woocommerce compatible plugins?. Like shipment and tracking for woo?.

You can gather all contacts into a single CSV file (in the format given on the website) and import them. Then you can send bulk marketing messages to them at once.

@@SDTeamDavid You will need to get a new phone number to use with WhatsApp Cloud API. You can not use the number you're already using on the WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business mobile app. That's a limitation by WhatsApp.
