if we integrated botpress chatbot to whatsapp, and if a user chats to chatbot through whatsapp, then will i charged by botpress for incoming messages/month?

That should be possible. Which CRM are you using. It must be having endpoints and using a webhook you can analyze the incoming payload and then extract the booking information and send it to your CRM endpoint.

We mainly stick to TypeScript and Node.js for all our functions. We use AWS S3 to store files. We deploy our functions to AWS Lambda. We use LLRT as the runtime in our Lambda functions.
