To "MANAGE" the Country , i mean PM candidate ,we (The Entire Nation) are ready to elect people with horrible Academic n intellectual records , elect them just on the basis of manifesto n bumptious airs but to "MANAGE" a company , "academics" , "careers" , N ol of that one has to justify n go through an elaborate process..I have always wondered why !! I would like to know Rajesh Sir's take on it , had this been an interview random question (on similar lines)..

My question is almost on the same lines.. I had worked for a year in a big four.. I met with an accident..and I was bedridden for almost 3 months.. so I had to resign my job.. in the mean while I prepared for the competitive exams .. and I cleared one of those. So I exactly had 13 months of good work experienced..
So if they ask me why I stopped with 13 Months and why is there a gap of may be 6-8 Months..what should be my answer? And can I tell the same reason or how should I be prepared for this?
