    I do actually like how you are an engineer first and a film maker second, the detailed explanations are what I am after, and they are nicely done. Your puppy commands are pretty good also!

    I really wanted to see how you pulled the roller bearing back off without destroying it. Special homemade tool?

      for shimming? i have a modified puller that goes under the race without damaging the rollers

    So the shims are used to cut down that movement on the crank? Is that the same method used with Triumphs and Nortons as well?

      triumphs no, but norton and bsa yes! nothing "draws" the crank to one side or the other. so to prevent it from floating all around the shims restrict the side to side
