Just watched this again to wrap my head around the process. So glad my crank shaft and engine components are in your capable hands!
    Later, Dude!👍

It didn't realize what was involved in balancing a crank until I started watching your videos . Do the dimples and holes create any kind of drag within the engine that you have to take into account? Or does that not matter?
I bought the Franz and Grubb top end gasket set so I can replace some leaky push rod seals on an oil in frame 750 Triumph. I know the F and G gaskets don't need sealant but should I use copper spray or something on the copper head gasket or just anneal it and use it? This is my first time pulling a top end apart. I'm pretty excited to get in there.

a little bit of copper coat wouldnt hurt man.. as far as the holes the windage and oil vortex doesnt care about those holes lol as far as we are concerned

@@dirtyshirtrichter8647 I appreciate the tips. Getting the right size push rod seals with the 30 to 40 thou squish on the head worries me a little because I haven't done it before.. And I usually end up doing a job twice before getting it right, so we'll see. Do you put anything on the pushrod seals, like Blue Hylomar? I see a lot of guys using silicone.

Nicely presented, regarding stretch rod bolts, should they be replaced every time you remove them? My Japanese engine has bolts that are just torqued up, I was going to re-use them (I took the caps off, then realised I didn`t need to)
