@ghiires so the reason Hermione and Harry are shipped by so many is because honestly regardless of movies vs books, no other witch was there for Harry as often as Hermione. JK spends all of book 5 growing the platonic bond of Harry and Hermione. Ginny Weasley was perfect for him and JK failed to develop that relationship, book 4 was her real chance, with Ron out of the way for a bit, JK should have used Ginny as the 3rd. JK also should have given a lot of those very touching Harry and Hermione scenes to Ginny. If Ginny really was endgame, then why use Hermione as Harry's rock only to have her half ass things in book 6 but still choose Harry over Ron in book 7. She just seemed to not really trust her own pairings. The movies didn't help cause Emma and the movie writers clearly felt Hermione belonged with Harry lol
@@mletueur7069 I actually love Bonnie as Ginny, only problem is that she didn't have the chance nor the right movie time to express the character in the best way
Something else that I think the show missed on, Bonnie vs Emma was no competition. Bonnie is so pretty, but she's no Emma and Harry supposedly wasn't attracted to Hermione, fans didn't buy that. If they had used an actress like the one you used here, that would be believable, she definitely could compete with Emma on looks.
They made an amazing video portraying the relationship of Ginny and Harry as it was in the books. You can like the movies and Bonnie Wrights performance of Ginny but she simply didn’t have that much screentime. Abigail Cowen is a great fancast as Book!Ginny and this video did them justice
