Zimbabwe is a spacious country for the population and this must be reflected even in the most compact sized houses. These are borderline cramped, living in each other's armpit literally.
@@skee9841 we have standards. If you look at Mr Zims vids it’s all positive comments because we saw positive things. Zimbabweans we deserve better and refused to live like caged animals. Why should we let these tiny house become the norm in such a spacious country just so one developer can be rich whilst ripping us off.
I think that I might like it more when it is finished. I'm trying to visualise the project and at the moment it isn't quite grabbing me. Maybe I just like a bit more personal space. I do love all the new developments going on and I hope that all new builds come with solar systems.n
Location is good, very close to town so bachelors and very small families can make do. Good for investment and definitely a great rental for a starter home. Good money will be paid here coz of location
They needed to make 8 Apartments not 16. Its too congested. Not hating, but some of these developers are not looking at practicability, but just cash cowing
In Texas US you can buy a mansion for the price of that little so called “luxury” lunchbox you forced to squeeze in. Zimbabwean are been extorted and milked for money and given bare minimum. The more we keep accepting these prices for land and house the more the developers are gonna force these things onto us. Pure Greed.
The US dollar is undervalued in Zim. It’s a hot money economy because for the same price you can buy 2 apartments in SA. Lots f price gouging. Salaries are low but prices high. Make it make sense.
These are starter homes, maybe Airbnb, but definitely not family home, unless it’s a small family with no kids. For 150k, there’s better value for money elsewhere
Too small for the cost. They should have made 8 modest apartments. There's no sufficient space for a family who live in a 3 bedroomed. Health, fire and breathing space considerations were overlooked especially for the area "Strathaven". Feels like just another high density. Too crowded for my liking.

Beautiful
Thank you Princess!

Sometimes it's ok to praise something, why do Zimbabweans criticise everything, so negative jeeze

Nice houses expensive with NO running water, NO bin collections and NO street lights.
the price is a bit high and bedrooms are small

$260,000 For what? Master bedroom I thought it was a toilet . Eish Africans , This house should be $80,000
Exactly that’s the price because the cost of land and building for one unit is definitely 50 max
It’s pure Greed 😂
Zach that passage house no breathing space for that much yooh
Idk why houses in zim are so expensive

True if it weren’t for security reasons one would surely buy 2 big ones in SA
How would you go about buying in Texas? Can you share links to some of the properties similar in size for price comparison?
The bedrooms seem to be small. The houses are too close to each in case of fire.
They are as safe as multi storey appartments
Great video brother we should have a meet up as Zimbabwean content creators ❤🎉
That would be cool
Ahhh ma1 with that can buy land n build at least 1000sqm so get a garden more open space
which area would you buy the stand?
How many sqm is the whole apartment?
How big are the rooms? They look so small, is it the angle at which the camera took the picture?
Average size
can we get a video on the richest family in Zimbabwe
if you can link me up to them

Small room size
Which street in Strathaven are they located
Sufolk
Property in Zimbabwe is highly over valued, its really a shame, Thanks Mr Zim for showing us what is out there
Are they for rental as well?
A few might be for rental
Who is the owner

Once they get bigger, prices go up to $300k

Harare is undergoing a process called densification, Town planners now consider those big stands on low density ares as under utilization of land.

What’s the average income in Zim? Can you mortgage these houses? Who is being targeted, I am sure not the average Zim. Cry my beloved country 😢
clusters sell out fast here, especially in Harare
Ridiculous prices. No ordinary people can afford this.
What a rip off ,rooms and garden really small.
Way too small and crowdeded. This is high density living. I'll pass.
