Great, wonderful. Lots of parking space. We need more of these to decongest Harare CBD. We need all major Bank ATMs at such malls. Limit liquor outlets or braai spots as boozers will spoil environment as at Highglen mall. Zim is developing at accelerated pace for sure.

But there also is a need to upgrade ordinary township shops that have degenerated to dilapidated rural structures to modern-day day standards. Development should include poor areas. Malls are probably the most economy sensitive real estate and the Rentals are exorbitant meaning that the type of mall you want is very expensive to build and the businesses occupying the spaces should sell their goods and services at a premium to afford the Rentals. Now with the state of the economy not so many people will be able to buy from such expensive shops which inturn may lead to their closure and the collapse of the whole Mall.
My issue everything sold in Zimbabwe is exported. Why try make industry work for people to work and get paid to buy . With the salaries we hear, I don't know how people survive
