No worries, glad I could help! The fan on the left side of the car is the engine cooling fan and that's the one the the pin in the diagnostic box turns on. The other fan is the a/c fan and that will only turn on if you push the a/c button and turn the interior heater fan on. I just wired the 2 fans together so they both run at the same time. Before it used to turn on automatically and run for over a minute, with the 2 wired together it was about 56 seconds, now I have a tegiwa aluminium radiator and 2 high flow fans and it runs for 22 seconds. Great success!

That switch is Japanese there for almost Chinese which means... you have to wire it backwards. Trust me.
