@@zaco21_ yeah, it may take a long time for the NRL to do that, since they’re focusing on a 4th Queensland NRL team first. I really want to see the Redcliffe Dolphins join the NRL out of the possible choices listed.
@@trainco1643 yeah, pretty much every major sports in Australia 😊 How many major sports are there in Australia, by the way? I only see Rugby, Aussie Rules, and Cricket? Is there any others, or is that it?
Oh yeah, it’s so good, but I still think “Stand Aside, Here Come The Mighty Bears” is so aggressive that it makes it an amazing song, but yeah the 1973 version is still great 👍
@@bjelliott Thanks for stating Penrith Panthers should’ve absorbed Western Suburbs Magpies. If they want to use Collingwood who uses Magpies as their emblem then that’s how it should work out.
This song has to be one of the best songs I have every heard bring them back dumb decision to get rid of them but I play a rugby league game so I could bring them back in the game
Ipswich should amalgamated with Newtown with shared jersey colours and play 1/2 Home games in Henson Park and 1/2 at Ipswich. Same for Burleigh & North Sydney Bears.
@@LiamPorter2005 understandable it will be central coast but if it’s located in central coast I feel like that a bit close to Newcastle but I think if the bears come back it will be central coast I think as well but I want it to be north Sydney
Club songs are quite unique to Australian Sport in general. I think a few Australian Super Rugby Teams have songs, but not all of them (and possibly one or two NZ teams)
Both the current version (“Stand Aside”) and this 1973 version are amazing! 👍🔥I have yet to hear the 1975 version, but I can’t wait 😊
The mighty Bears bring them back
They still compete in the NSW cup, but yeah, they should have stayed in the NRL 😞
They could come back as Central Coast Bears

@@VYOM4 main reason Peter V’Landys wants another QLD team is because Aussie Rules is growing quite rapidly there, from what I believe.

I bloody love this! So what the Bears are about! ❤
If Bears make a successful NRL bid this should be their song.
they actually used teddy bear picnic as their song :)
That's a badass song at the beginning

First time I heard teddy bears picnic being badass :)
Hmmm, interesting tune. I’m keen to hear what St George and Penrith’s songs sound like.
The Penrith song is the Collingwood AFL song with about half a dozen words replaced.
You just ruined the comment
@@thatonebandicootinyourback6914 Meh. It's only Penrith.
why did you talk about something else on this comment

Who’s a better 18th nrl team if they do one Ipswich jets or the north Sydney bears

Do Rugby Union teams have club songs?
