Hey Aaron, I just wanted you to know that I love your cookbook! It is the only cookbook I have ever purchased, and I love every single recipe inside! When my husband takes his dinner for work and it is your recipes, people ask him if his wife is Korean, lol, I am Puerto Rican, but it feels good to know that your recipes are fail proof and I can make authentic Korean food and no one knows the difference! Also, you have helped us save a lot of dollars cooking at home instead of going to a Korean restaurant! Thank you again!! We love Claire's and your humor!

Japchae is my FAVORITE Korean food. I introduced my daughter to it and it became her favorite comfort food. She died later that year. 💔 I now always eat Japchae on her birthday and the day she died. I always wanted to be able to make it so I could have it more often. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS VIDEO! Now, I can try making it any time I am missing her! Aaron & Claire, you are a blessing! 💜

Aaron and Claire, you both would be so proud of me. I made Japchae for my cousin's that never had Korean food before. And it was a big hit, everyone loved it. But I only made it with the veggies because I have a bad allergy to pork. After everyone eat, there was only enough left over for me to eat later. I hosted an exchange student from South Korean that we still keep in touch with and I sent her a picture and she was like oh wow mom it looks just like how they make Japchae here in Korean. She said she was very proud of me. Thanks for the channel and videos love you both. Sending love from Berea Kentucky USA.

I enjoy the cuisine from so many countries but Asia in total is my favorite. Well, at least most Chinese, Japanese and/or South-Korean dishes that I've learned. I wanna trie some summer-rolls and/or Thai curries too. Only sad thing is that I can't eat Coreander (Celantro) since I have "that" gene... tastes like soap for me :(
