    Fuel line under the PCV line is definitely the way to go. Did mine that way and it felt like the fuel line was less stressed vs over top the pcv line.

    Is there a single book or resource you recommend to use in addition to RUclips videos? Is the factory service manual the best way to learn about these cars?
    Thank you for making these srt4 videos. They are extremely helpful!

      ill be honest I've never seen a factory manual it might be a good resource for torque spec on bolts and if it shows voltage on wiring would be good also i just don't know if you ever have a question ask ill try to answer it

      It's nice to get to work on a car this well cared for after the last few they felt like restorations.

    I know this is an older video so im not sure if you'll see this. But Ive had my srt for a few months now, and the previous owner installed the exact same catch can. However he installed the check valve on the pvc side instead of by the throttle body. Would this cause any issues? ive been running decent but now im not sure if I should change it now

      where i have it installed is correct it keeps boost pressure out of the catch can. on the other side its just saving the pvc valve it pretty much is doing nothing and was a waste of money. move it close to the port on the intake and make sure its flowing the correct way, simply put will it work as it is yes, its just not as efficient or beneficial as it should be

    what goes on that other spout on the throttle body ? I'm clueless.
    Also what connects usually at the bottom of the intake manifold there's a spout there too.

      The btm oh the intake vac port is run to the brake booster, the one on the throttle body simply put is to pull vacuum for the evap system fuel vapor off the tank, it's originally set up with the oem vacuum harness, i just haven't installed it yet

    How would you delete the solenoids on a big turbo setup?

    • @Mattsneedforspeed
      @Mattsneedforspeed  Год назад +2

      just remove all the vacuum hoses from the solenoids keep them plugged in cap the port at the throttle body and run hose from waste gate to lower port on turbo with a manual boost controller in between them see this video it might help
