Central heating system inhibitor | Towel rail DEMO

This demo video will show how to use central heating system inhibitor.

What a cracking and simple way to do this. I intend on copying this method for adding cleaner. Mine is tank fed anyway, so will bleed as normal, when I open the valves. Little water needed too.

@@HomeglowLtd Yes it's worked. Very smooth. The only thing I would say, is noting the pipe diameter for the rail. I ordered a 16mm x 20mm piece of pipe half a metre long. This was too thick so had to warm it up to push it down. But the length got out what I needed. Added the cleaner and cleaned up. Now it's circulating my system.

Great video. When you topped the radiator with 500ml of inhibitor, did that fill the entire towel rail or did you have to top it up with water before or afterwards? Please can you also clarify if the radiator was emptied or partially emptied? Thanks again.

I've got a drain valve on the bottom of my towel rad... I take I can follow your steps but I can just turn the thing at the bottom to drain mine?

Unfortunately I can’t answer all comments straight away as I do have a life outside of RUclips 😂😂. The video shows how to siphon of the water with a tube. Have you seen that section of the video.
