There is more if you want to follow this theme. 1) Metallica invited Alessia Cara to participate in the Blacklist 30th Anniversary album. Alessia’a team contacted The Warning and the two groups wrote, recorded, and produced an entirely new version of Sandman in only ten days that ended up being the lead track on Metallica’s anniversary album. The official music video for that is a great second video. 2) The Warning then did their Sandman version at the Teatro Metropolitan August 2022. This live performance is epic.
This performance was recorded so their grandparents could see their progress. The file was too large to email, so their dad posted it on RUclips. They went on a cruise and when they got back their dad's phone blew up with messages. Metallica had seen the video and posted it on their website so their fans went to check it out.
The girls had only been playing together for about 2 years at this time. Alejandra had only been playing bass about 2 years. They recorded this in one take. No dub overs or mixing.
Dany just turned 24 this week. Ale turned 19 last month, and IIRC, Pau has a birthday coming up really soon. They really have been doing this for about half of their lives already.

Daniela has just turned 24 (19 years dedicated to music). Paulina will turn 22 on February 5th (18 years dedicated to music). Alejandra turned 19 last December (15 years dedicated to music)... Together they completed 10 years as a band! One of the most beautiful rock stories built by 3 dreamy girls...

The Warning don't give concerts nowadays. They conduct singalongs. Judging by the response from The Warning Army in Italy, the upcoming show at Milan will most probably be same. Every song will be sung by the audience from start to finish. So you need to catch up in these 2 months. 😄

I'm so happy for you to see them live. I would suggest you watch all the songs from their show in Teatro Metropolican from 2022 that way you'll be familiar with anything they could play except for the new releases like More, Sick and Hell you call a dream (HYCAD), etc.

Back then, when their dad recorded this, he didn't have the ability to edit the recording. They had to do the whole song in one take. Pau and Ale have recently admitted that they would pray that Dany wouldn't mess up the guitar solo and they would have to start all over again.

Just for your own personal reference for their names use the acronym DPA. You’ll see that a lot in comments. It’s is the first initial of their first names in birth order. D is for Dany or Daniela, P is for Pau or Paulina and A is for Ale or Alejandra. DPA themselves seem to mostly use the shortened versions of their names in daily lives. If you hear one of them use the proper first name for the others it usually means a strong point of emphasis is being made and you better pay attention.

I looked through your reactions and was kind of surprised you do not have any songs by the Sixsters. They are similarly creative as The Warning, but younger (oldest is 18/19). Start with Fever, then City, Hold, and I'm Gonna Be. Coincidently, they are dropping a new song on 2/2. As far as The Warning, anything you pick is great. I disagree with some members of TWA in the reaction approach. I suggest watching the music video (if it exists), then a live version (it gives you the "yes, they're for real" feeling). I looked through your reactions and was kind of surprised you do not have any songs by the Sixsters. They are similarly creative as The Warning, but younger (oldest is 18/19). Start with Fever, then City, Hold, and I'm Gonna Be. Coincidently, they are dropping a new song on 2/2.
As far as The Warning, anything you pick is great. I disagree with some members of TWA in the reaction approach. I suggest watching the music video (if it exists), then a live version (it gives you the "yes, they're for real" feeling). Watch the Error lyric videos if you can't get what they are singing.
