Loved this montage. This is a great town, I especially love the restaurant they showed, "My Daddy's Cheesecake".
Don't forget the mall which has nothing good in it anymore because rent is so high.
I know someone renting at the mall, and when she told me what she pays and what the terms/requirements are, I was just shocked. The mall needs to learn that it's no longer a seller's market when it comes to renting their spaces out. Terrible place to run a business in 2019.

Cape Girardeau is the 6th largest city in MO outside Kansas City MO/KS and Saint Louis Metro Areas. Right after Saint Joseph, Springfield, Joplin, Columbia and Jefferson City.

If you’re the kind of person who lives there, I can see why people aren’t flocking there. I can’t imagine being so triggered just by seeing other groups of people that have as much of a right to exist as you do.
