This RV is turnkey, fully shaken down and ready to rock! We are wrapping up a 3000 mile road trip from the Pacific Northwest through Grand Teton back to Florida as of this posting and the unit has performed flawlessly.
All four wheel drive parts are factory Ford F-Series (F250/F350) Super Duty with Dana 60 front axle (rebuilt with new calipers, new brakes and regeared), new Ford transfer case, custom driveshafts, etc., the list goes on.
Onan QG 4000 generator has 38 hours

6-gallon hot water heater with high pressure, low flow head

4x4 was done by a shop out west. Thanks for the compliment! It is definitely built right, encourage anybody to come drive it.
Looks like a Ujoint off road build or at least one of their kits.
@@heathkimball4600 no, u-joint lead times are too long, even a kit is 6 weeks out. i would like to try one of them though. 🤘🤘
what engine is this vehicle equipped with?
This is the 6.8 V10, gas. All cutaway E350 are equipped with gas motors and diesel has not been an option on any Ford van since the 6.0 disappeared in 2010.

Our conversions are custom spec AJs builds. All other interior/exterior components, maintenance items and extras are done by Peakpounder.

No sir, it is solid as a rock. that is definitely a step in our process, shaking down the rig and running all noises, rattles and squeaks out. It is interesting how most RV manufacturers get away with outputting a product that is "just good enough". We strive to fix that!
