And also a showcase of just how hard Brent can drive a Crown Vic, the axle falling out turning the rear right tyre to smoke in every corner and he's still pushing the K-series to the redline, that was an ultra badass moment in my eyes XD
This was our first attended cleetus event and I can say it was well worth the money and the 8.5 hr drive with a travel trailer. Stayed 100ft from the hanger out front and it was probably some of the most fun my family and I have ever had. Props to garrett and the crew for an amazing event!! Definitely won't be the last!
That KSR car is bananas. Red hot 8 to 1 headers on top of the motor spewing flames, coolant spraying out all over the place, on fire, steering wheel out the window. Kevin is a legend man.
Holy crap, Kevin had a straight blow torch coming out the exhaust on that thing. 29:39 That 8 to 1 header is nuts and then to do the tuning wizardry that he does with the fuel and timing. Thought the fireballs he did when he revs it was nuts, but that was another level of showmanship. Also can't forget him holding the steering wheel out the window while continuing to whip it around and while on fire!
I went to a very early cleetus and cars before FF was a thing and it was awesome back then. I still need to see one of these in person and I live only 3 hours away.
This event was INSANE. 3 of us flew in from Maine, Arizona and Nebraska and this show was absolutely worth it! So much action, great venue and great people! Thank you Cleet, what an amazing time! 🤘🤘
I was in St. Pete one weekend and drove down to a Cars & Copters one Sat morning in the spring. There was prob 150 people in the infield and maybe 100 in the stands. Very chill and cool. Concession weren't open but there was really no need. We got there a little late and didn't see all the cars but stayed until the helo's left. great way to spend time with the friends on a saturday. That small event seemed very, very well put together. How was parking and traffic control getting into/out of the 24 Hours LeM?

Saw one of those y2k turbine powered bikes at an event about a decade ago, those things can light the tire off instantly and take it from new to blown in about 30sec, first turbine vehicle i had ever seen with the turbine actually turning the wheel, basically the same theory as the van, if i remember right jay leno has one, same company also does turbine powered speed boats too

Its a real honor that Kyle is that van's current caretaker, and he's giving it a nice workout showing everyone its awesome power! I was so hyped to see his video a few days ago, I've loved that van for over a decade ever since I saw it, the man who made it is a genius and a badass, and Kyle learning how to drive it and absolutely _getting it_ as fast as he did, that was epic to witness.
Kyle makes Cletus events way better with his different cars tesla minivan jet powered minivan and swapping the crown vic was the best part of the show hahaha

Your sound engineer can add delay to each speaker to eliminate that echo and all the speakers will be in unison. It makes a WORLD of a difference in large distance setups like yours.
@@vanclyde I'm no sound guru, thought most of those setups use all their speakers in a bunch of series, if star configured sure you could adjust timings but typically it would add heaps of extra wiring and cost. Thought most PA systems rely having transformers and the impedance of cables gives the delayed effect. Which is why I mention ohm's law. It's physics.
I feel obligated to tell you about what I learned this weekend at the Baja 1000 don’t stand between vehicles!! When George said throttle sticking, I had a flash back!! We all love hot rods but, give them respect when giving the whiskey throttle!! 💯

Most of those were from Australia been here since the start of this past summer. They toured all over the place.

Your sound engineer can add delay to each speaker to eliminate that echo and all the speakers will be in unison. It makes a WORLD of a difference in large distance setups like yours.

@@TradieTrev Really depends on the method of transmission, in this case im with OP, it needs some fine tuning

@@vanclyde I'm no sound guru, thought most of those setups use all their speakers in a bunch of series, if star configured sure you could adjust timings but typically it would add heaps of extra wiring and cost. Thought most PA systems rely having transformers and the impedance of cables gives the delayed effect. Which is why I mention ohm's law. It's physics.

I feel obligated to tell you about what I learned this weekend at the Baja 1000 don’t stand between vehicles!! When George said throttle sticking, I had a flash back!! We all love hot rods but, give them respect when giving the whiskey throttle!! 💯
These shows have come so far. Great to see it
man these guys put on such a show. this is the spirit of the small town track I use to go to when i was a kid except its everything they would have wanted to do but couldnt afford. This is so much more entertaining than professional events where everything is so corporate and polished, these guys are bringing motorsports back. Cleet and crew bring smiles like a fat kid at a cake party
