Hey I am Monica Church a 19 year old girl who loves makeup, fashion, beauty, and film! Put those all together and you have "hairodynamic". On this channel I create hauls, tutorials, lookbooks, outfit ideas, back to school, and DIY videos- check them out! Todays video is a letter to my younger self, what I would tell the younger me who was just about to go into high school. Killed it, Monica!! Your creativity with filming is so beautiful. I would tell my younger self not to stress so much about highschool drama because none of it matters when you graduate. I would tell my younger self to seek and follow God's plan for my life instead of trying to make things happen (i.e. relationships) in my own power. I would tell myself that loving and caring about others and living a life that honors God is so much more important than being popular. I would say, "Hope, no one will remember a girl who has her hair and makeup on point, what they will remember is a girl who shows them just how much they are loved by Jesus Christ."

I would tell myself that life gets tough and sometimes you lose the people you love, it sucks at first and yeah it will mess you up in the head a little. The anxiety, the depression. It will go away, it may seem hard at the point in time but in a few more years you'll look back and thing 'wow I have come so far'. Because I have.

I am now a junior in high school but back in 7th grade girls would make fun of the clothes I wore. It was fashionable but they didn't seem to know that. I would tell my younger self this, "Wear what you want and be confident in it because soon they'll be wearing your "back then"... Which is true for some

I would tell myself this: What you think is destroying your happiness right now, won't bother you years laters. Stop worrying about upsetting others and when you aren't okay with something tell the person who causing the stress. You are a beautiful person who's weight doesn't determine how good you are. God made you in his image and he has great plans for you, so stop trying to control your own life and let God take control.
I would tell myself that be confident when you grow up you will grow to be less confident. People might try to Judge but always put yourself first. Don't put others who don't care first they are worthless

oh my gosh!!! we can relate sooo much!!!! I was a level 8 gymnast at the age of 10 and I kept getting injured!! I had to quit the sport and I started diving. my first year in I already made it through to a synchronized nationals and individual nationals. this is very inspiring! by the way, you have really good 103 B's

Live life to the fullest don't listen to what anyone says be yourself don't change because someone doesn't like your looks yes you will experience really embarassing moments about being a girl but youll get over them don't be like most of the girls out there flinging theirselves at anyone within a 0.5cm radius you are who you are and if people don't like it tuff its your life and your life only

I'm still fairly young but I'd like myself to understand this thing: I don't need to look like the girls in the magazine or even the kardashians with they're giant asses. I don't need a booty to feel like boys want me. I should feel good I'm my body and not worry about my weight.if It's only a number that brings me down. I shouldn't let myself think that I'm not beautiful the way I already am and that I don't need to change a thing because The world could change its heart. (Alessia Cara sentence here)😣❤️

dear younger me, you are strong and independent. so don't let anyone label or criticize you. I miss being young and vulnerable like you but I am much stronger now that I have learned that the people around you don't always have power over you're life. you will learn that someday.

I loved it. Being that i graduate in a few months something I'd tell my younger self. Don't get so caught up in having a relationship or holding on to someone who could really care less about your feelings or emotions. I'd tell her she is beautiful in her own way and that to never let anyone steal that though from you. That she is different in her own special way. Life is gonna get tough and you will start to question yourself. But as long as you remember the real reason you are doing it you'll make it. Your smart ad one day you'll find happiness with someone who wont let you go.
I would love to be a diver because I love diving! But unfortunately I live up North where the sport is not available to me. Any advice
