I discovered him & SAHB early on. The entire group was fabulous & "SENSATIONAL" My bands covered him/them & if ever I`m in another band I will again. I was very sad when he passed. I still am & miss him & I still love watching & listening to him. ...a big influence on music!

A bit of an insult to the man's memory. Best front man in the very best band Scotland has ever produced - a shrunken head ? Come on, we can do better than that, surely ? It's like Strawberry Fields in New York's Central Park, I pished myself laughing when I saw it, it's utterly pathetic.
Oh my god! Fucking worse than the Ronaldo one! Rule No1 in Portraiture: never make the subject make a 'face'... even if it is a 'catchphrase' face. If it is a monument, don't make it a 'Cheeky Chappy'.

I thought the bust was pretty good, though it's a shame that the money raised apparently wasn't enough for something a bit bugger. Not so keen on the painting: I've done better ones of Alex myself.

Alex Harvey changed my life more than my own family did. The man is as close to a God in my life as one man could possibly be.

I was lucky enough to see the band live and Alex was much larger than life. Sorry but that bust does not reflect the man I saw on stage.
