“Extra” music correspondent Adam Weissler caught up with the band, who dished on how they’re prepping for the highly anticipated summer 2020 shows. Watch!

That's not cool. He's one of the good guys in this band. He's had a debilitating form of arthritis since he was 17, which has caused him to suffer chronic pain, and caused his lower spine to seize up completely, and caused him to literally grow shorter. He's 10 years older than the other guys, and it's painful for him not only to play guitar, but just to stand up for any length of time.

Coming out of "retirement" for financial gain & disregarding the extreme pain Mick is in. I have been a huge fan of Crue since I was 11. Lol that was 1983. Seen them several times but, I won't be paying the ridiculous price for these tickets.

I know how Mick mars feels. I'm 50 now and I live in horrendous chronic pain everyday. I praise him for doing the best he can with his disease. I am just 2 years and 4 months into my diseases and I'm still in the poor me angry phase. I barely do anything. God bless the man.

To me he just seems to be a little bored/tired or just shy because of the press and its attention. Because he started to look much healthier and happier, often with a smile on his face. His family members also say that his condition stopped progressing, he's no longer getting worse and is feeling much better, which is an incredible news. I think that's because of his wife and her love for him, it looks like she's taking great care of him.

@@FrankAngelOfficial1 I agree with you. Not to mention that it's bad for people with such conditions to allow themselves stay in bed most of the time and always chill and do nothing. Because such lifestyle makes it worse, makes your bones fuse faster. To be as healthy as it's possible with his condition, he shouldn't stop moving. So it's much better for him to have a certain activity, go for a walk regularly, travel, play guitar.
