    Your bench pressing is very poor technique. Wearing a weight belt and arching your back is horrible technique.
    You want to work out. Drop your weight to 25 lbs each side. Lay on bench with back flat and the raise/cross legs. Have an open grip, not close grip. Now, do slow decline to about 1” from chest and then lift. When you get to top, squeeze chest as in peek, and then repeat for 3 sets of 8. Slow and control, pyramid lifting.
    What your video shows is poor technique which will lead to back problems.
