Anybody have a theory on how Delta is getting these tracks without the original drum tracks included? The assumption is that he's a famous drummer, and is getting them through his contacts, but every other drummer I see on youtube doing covers are playing over the original drums.
Lars or Delta - first drummer I have noticed that hits the cymbals so that they rotate with each hit and there seems to be an even wear on his gear. Is that purposely done to even the wear on the metal? Or just coincidence/something that happens by chance? I’m betting not... as hard as Delta hits.
Looking forward to the new album... but for the mother love of God, I wish Maynard would focus on Tool. Drumming with Perfect Circle is good, but when you have a drumming God like Danny... He probably just localized the drum track on a mixer and either removed it or just turned it down.
