Depends on where you are in the world. If in Europe then the Schumacher is the better option in terms of after sales support and spares backup.
very true!
Have great support in the USA from klinkrc and discoutrc. Tony runs klinikrc and helps lot with setup etc
Schumacher has the best carpet cars. That also looks like normal laydown stockspec is 1450g with carbon chassis rtr. And for low grip the Schumacher kd is crazy fast and easy to drive on no grip surfaces.
Yes, if you watch the video I show the original carbon chassis and that I switched it out for the aluminum chassis which I think drives better. In the U.S. minimum weight is 1499g, so best to add the extra weight at the very bottom in the chassis.
Awesome RC and review
Great review. Thank you
I like Schumacher kits and as a UK racer I would love to support the company . But I'm afraid they are too expensive & cost more in the UK than the imported kits like AE & TLR. Years ago they used to cater for a variety of wallets sizes but now only cater for the top end price. With the exception of PR racing nobody is making a competitive mid price kit. And thats the fact that not many youngsters are taking up the sport......how many parents can or want to pay out over £800 on what might just be a 5 minute wonder ? And you see alot more AE and TLR at club level tahn SChumacher
Thanks for sharing, I always wondered what the popularity was of Schumachers in the UK, because in the US it’s really small.
Kids don’t deserve top of the line kits. They can’t build them, they can’t fix them and they don’t have a job to pay for them. If you want “youngsters” to get into this hobby there are plenty of cheap buggy’s. you wouldn’t tell Lamborghini to lower their prices because your kid can only afford an Opel. Maybe you could start your own RC company for all the poor children. Let me know how ya go 👍
@@chadkyletheman41 What cheap kits .....name some available in the UK please with the exception of FX ?. Obviously you are and expert And when that kid gets good what then ?
Elitist attitude like yours are why youngters arnt interested because when they try ask some advise.
folk like you tell them that unless they got this charger, them batteries, this radio etc etc they have no chance !
For a UK manufacturer to be charging higher prices than the imported ( that is subject to import duty ) article that is more popular and competative is quite frankly non sensical ....thats possibly why they are a small company with a niche following that really dont win anything either
and havnt for years
We see guys like you at every track ! 😂
How the heck can turnbuckles be bent new outta box?
I’d like to see you run it on low grip with that Carbon chassis. Curious how it would perform.
that is a very nice looking car. I have run a schumacher, such great products
wheres the gt3c review? greats videos keep it up!
Please review the 74.1
👍😎
So where is the Stock Spec review?
Hi, thanks for the great review as always I always enjoy them but for that kind of money in the experience you went through i rather have a Xray
Please don't support a brand that is systematically using loop holes in EU money contributions. This is why they're releasing a new car with only small changes every year...
Jocke Karlsson So are you saying don’t support Schumacher or don’t support x-ray?
Sorry I was talking about Xray.
Edit: Nothing wrong with their cars. Its their business practices that kind of stinks.
Jocke Karlsson You are the second person to say not to support x-ray because they come out with new cars every year and I don’t like their business motto🤷🏻
so when you buy this buggy you cant go racing with it as it is too light? so they basically force you to buy a ton of extras probably worth another 200 dollars just to be able to race? sounds insane. and BTW how does is compare to your B6.1 and B6.2? what do you prefer? i must say this schumacher looks pretty darn awesome. but its expensive for something not ready to race on track once you put your electronics.
B6.2 or etv is 1460g alum chassis. Laydown stockspec is 1450g. Euro weight is 1450g min where us is 1499g.
@@cowpker4life333 so stick some wheel balance weights on it for 50cents
hi is this a kit thanks
yes, kit only
@@RazorRC thanks
Nice buggy, can you recommend a decent, inexpensive buggy?
Hobby Grade tlr 22 5.0
For racing or bashing?
@@jerryvolpini7987 maybe both
@@aerialcombat I'd go for a used Team Associated B6.x. Any of the B6's should be fine.
@@RazorRC thank you for your advice, I'll check it out
