Thanks for posting this! Just finished this job on my 2012 FX35. Wish mine came out as smoothly as this one looks to have. The battle with the condenser for enough space to remove the old and insert the new radiators was my biggest challenge. I pulled the top three bolts out of the header panel cover and pulled back on it as I lifted it out. This helped a lot. You can also reach in through the lower part of the bumper to get a good hand on the condenser to pull it back. Good luck!

hi,,,, did you have to loosen the CONDENSER refrigerant lines at all? Loosing the refrigerant gas?
3 года назад
No..not at all. The a/c system was not disturb at all...You MUST however, loosen the "supporting brackets", that secure the refrigerant lines to vehicle. Loosen all of them. This will allow the condenser coil to move. ALSO..you MUST loosen completely, the vertical support bracket that is at the middle on the front of the vehicle. Especially the bottom of this bracket ..then move the a/c coil and remove the radiator .Good luck.

I am trying to do this just right now, THE RADIATOR IS NOT COMING OUT. There is not enough space. The bottom hose spout and the transmission spout is causing the issues right now. IT SEEMS LIKE THE A/C LINES MUST BE DISCONNECTED. It is the only way. Or I will have to loosen the bumper support that hold is screwed to the frame of the suv.
It's only when you on the AC then the car will be so overheating the temperature will be so high but without the AC the temperature will be normal so why

How the heck do you get that out with the condenser there? I mean, looking at the front end, how do you clear enough room on the right side?
how much transmission fluid did you lose when you tool out the transmission line? Planning on doing this this week.
Did you lose a lot of transmission fluid ?
@@Likeclubmusik Pinch the lines and you will not log anything.
