Cheesy Truffle Tagliatelle | The BEST Truffle Pasta | Eats With Gasia

In this video I show you my Cheesy (black) Truffle Tagliatelle recipe! This is the best pasta dish I've made, hands down! It's so creamy, cheesy, and very truffle-y! If you can get your hands on truffle, this recipe is a must!!!
What you'll need:
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
Tagliatelle pasta
1 lb shiitake mushroom
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup truffle cheese
Truffle shavings (amount to your liking)
Olive oil
Pepper
Salt

Should you always use black truffles? And, where to get them? I've used jarred truffle sauce and things but haven't used fresh truffle. Should any good gourmet market have those? I have'a
Whole Foods not far away, they had the jarred stuff, but not sure about fresh.
