  • Dealing with Majano and aiptasia anemones in reef tank. Will F aiptasia and dental pick work?

    what are those at @01:05 just to the right of center? there are two, one facing the camera, and the one above it angled upwards a bit.

    Warning. Don’t do this. They’ll spread if you do this. Use something like aiptazia-x

      They will
      Spread either way. At this point it’s about management. I mush prefer F aiptasia to aiptasia x. Covers better and less messy.

      Hello, any update on your majano issue? Did that’s come back or FA works. I’m dealing with the same issue now and they spread like a wild fire! Please let me know…thanks in advance.

      @@ramoncitotecson1894 Use Aptasia X. It’s simple and effective. Hardest part is finding them to kill. 100% kill rate on Majano with no spreading.

      @@vincentlok8894 we use F aiptasia. It smothers and hardens over the aiptasia. I prefer a more natural method but when you have so many and they are killing coral kinda don’t have much of a option.
