I'm going to miss these Thailand videos, what an adventure! Thanks for letting us live vicariously through you! Looking forward to seeing your Australia videos!
@Jo Montanee สวัสดีค่ะ I also love the message he gave them on following their dream. Anything is possible. I played that video to my 15 year old daughter (She’s Thai born in Canada but understand and can speak Thai and love Thai foods) for its great message to young Thais. She loved it too.
Hiya, great video. Chris is a top bloke. Another great channel. Beautiful lagoon. Well done getting there. Good job with the rock climbing. Great experience. Beautiful views. Always good vibes. Thank you for sharing.
I am almost as sad as you to see your Thailand adventure come to an end. I enjoyed your series very much. I hope you can return to Thailand soon. Thank you!
Absolutely loved this series!!! I started watching at the beginning of this as I am planing my first solo travel around this area and I gotta say you give out amazing info and guides. You're amazing 👏 💛
I watched the RW4U video featuring you about 3 weeks ago, interesting to see you from a different perspective and the time lag involved. Great mini series, I hope you finished the journey stronger than when you started.
Going to miss these Thailand vlogs! Me and my boyfriend are going for 2 weeks in July and your vlogs have given us some great ideas of where we want to visit! Also thank you so much for your currency translator things as that has helped so much to try and see what we can budget for!! 🤩
So sad to see your vlogs ending! I’ve been travelling Thailand at the same time as you and actually met you in Khao Sok a few months ago, and I also climbed with the same guide in Railay, he was such a funny guy! Moving on to Cambodia tomorrow, but heading to Australia too this December!
The Thailand series has been super fun to watch, thank you for showing us around Thailand! So fun to see a RUclips mashup with Chris from Retiredworkingforyou enjoying his Leo beers as well! I have been following his channel a bit to explore some possibilities for condos in case I would like stay for some time in Thailand as a digital nomad and it is really interesting and helpful. So random both of you are in one video 🤣, wish you great fun in your next adventures!
We have been watching Retire working for you, for years.... We had planned our wedding island hopping Thai trip and then it was canceled because of covid last year. I hope to make it there someday soon! Love your videos...ty for sharing!
A few weeks ago I found your channel thanks to Retired Working for You. Excellent cameo from C. Parker LOL. I'm glad your cameo on one of his videos led me here, too. I enjoyed this series. It brought back lots of memories from my trips to Thailand!
This whole series reminded me of the several backpacking trips I've done in Thailand, complete with the highs and lows. Felt a lot of nostalgia watching and this last episode feels a lot like the ending of my own trips. Guess I can't be too sad as I'm off to Bali in 2 weeks for a new adventure!
I can't believe you're done with this trip! Feels like yesterday we were watching you pack and go to the airport! It has been absolutely lovely following you (once more) on one of your backpacking journeys, especially considering so many of us haven't been able to travel for a couple of years now. It felt pretty good :) Hope the trip to Australia was ok. Looking forward to the next one! (Whenever that is, obviously!)
This Thailand series was so cool to follow, thanks for all the videos and also your natural approach to vlogging and documenting your journey, Christianne! 💖
ur series is taking me back to every nook and corner of Thailand i have been to. i really love Thailand. no matter how many times i visit, i love it even more.
Thanks, Christianne! I’ve been to Thailand many times in the last 25 years but never to the south, with the exception of Phuket. I’d like to see that area more when I retire to Thailand in 4 years but may leave the rock climbing to others. I’m going over September 1 for 2 months in my adopted home of Chiangmai Mai to work on my house and to see old friends that I’ve only been able to Skype for the last 4 years. Looking forward to your epilogue vlogs on Thailand!
Great work on all the Thailand videos thus far, so very informative and detailed!! 🙌🏽 Looking forward to the Muay Thai episode and a recap on your expenditures throughout the trip!! Safe travels and congrats on becoming a auntie!!
Yey! Bravo on an excellent episode to end you travels in Thailand. Really enjoyed every one of them. Just waiting for the wrap-up video now. Wonderful series. Thanks! 😊👍
This actually made me emotional watching. Thank you for allowing us to live the adventure through your videos! I hope you are enjoying all the new auntie cuddles in aus
Hi! I did the climb to the lagoon in Railey in 2019 so precovid times. We were the only ones there too but that might have been because it was raining all morning and we went in the late afternoon and it was drizzling so it was very slipery. Luckily, I had trekking boots on. Also, we didn't find the last rope ladder to go down the lagoon itself so after everything we had to go back without seeing it. Now, I know where it is if I ever go back there. Also, I stayed in Tonsai which is next to it and we had to climb over rocks to get to Railay everyday. I have some incredible memories about my time there too!
Enjoyed you videos very much, so sorry to see you leave Thailand, hope you come back to visit us again. All the very best on your future endeavors and good luck!
Ahahha love it, i also always get a braid and in the same place on my backpacking trips! Great vlog, sad the series is over but can't wait for your next travels!
Well done on the climbing and repelling and loved this video. What an adventure Thailand has been. I've enjoyed this series SO much and thanks for sharing it all with us, who couldn't otherwise have enjoyed such adventures for various reasons. Take care Sweet Girl and I'm already looking forward to seeing your adventures in Australia. xx
It’s been such an adventure following you through Thailand! I’ve definitely got a few new places on my travel bucket list now ✈️ looking forward to the next series! 😄💃🏼
Stumbled across your channel a few weeks ago, really enjoying your Thailand vids man! I’m going in May and I’ve never been more excited. Safe travels dude 💜
Really enjoyed this series Christianne. I am just finishing a trip in Thailand (also went to Railay on my last day!) . Your videos were so so useful and we followed loads of your advice and recommendations so thank you!
Great video wonderful Christie!!! 💖 I don't like I would game enough to do the rock climbing! As an Australian I am looking forward to your vlogs from my hometown of Sydney!!!
Hey, just wanted to say your videos have inspired me a lot. I watched your Puerto Escondido video and recently came back from there, thank you for your tips they were very useful
Loved these Thailand vlogs! Am looking forward to your Aussie adventure... I am a Kiwi and have not yet hopped the ditch to check it out. Thank you for all your amazing work and sharing your travels with us ☀️✌🏻😁
Loved this video Christianne! I've really enjoyed following along the whole Thailand series! The climbing (both the hike to the lagoon and the actual rock climbing) looked so much fun. I definitely want to do that same rock climbing excursion once I'm in Thailand someday in the future 😍 I have watched some videos from Chris in the past and really enjoyed his channel!
Railay is amazing and you are also amazing!! You are so lucky to meet up with our CEO ( Retired Working for you) on this trip!! He is one of the best RUclipsrs based here in Thailand!!! Have a safe & pleasant journey to Australia!!
Awesome, brings back memories . I was here a few years ago and a great place for rock climbing. I just got back from Thailand but not the islands. Will be back in a few months again. Great vlog as always.
COVID restrictions are fading so quickly it’s honestly not worth making a video on it 😅 the program in place at the time made entering the country a bit more complex than usual but once you were in, it often felt like covid never existed. Apart from wearing masks in indoor spaces. There were some curfews which I think have been lifted now. Touristy spots were less busy than usual so you had a lot more space to yourself 😊
So sad this series is over, I've enjoyed every second. I've just got a couple questions- how far in advance did you book accommodation? Did you already have a planned itinerary before going? And how did you learn to ride a scooter and would you recommend people riding them in Thailand without experience or a license?
The last I went to railay west there was only a little shack that sold drinks and snacks. And most people there were rock climbers hahahaha we were the only ones lazing on the beach.. I’m amazed at how much it’s changed!
Last trip! Been watching the whole journey! Cannot wait to go to Thailand end of October! How long have you been there in total. Chris looks like he'd be a good laugh on the drink! seen a load of his videos also
Wow you met the legend Christ of retired working for you. Soon as I saw him I got super excited. Seems like you met the whole gang his nephew and his brother.
I've loved reliving Thailand again through this series, thanks so much for these videos! You've actually inspired me to try travel blogging full time this year by traveling in Europe in my campervan! 🚐Do you always shoot on your Diji Pocket 2 in these videos? Or would you recommend any other camera/product? Look forward to seeing you in Australia! 🇦🇺
That’s awesome 🤩 you‘ll never regret filming your adventures ❤️ yes I shot this whole video on the DJI pocket 2 (apart from the GoPro on my helmet). I really recommend it! A GoPro is also fab to vlog on. The canon g7x is a popular vlogging camera too.
Wow girl you are active and fit! I think if I was to go to Railay, I wouldn't be able to do any of the climbing, not sure if I would enjoy the trip! Now I'm feeling motivated to get my fitness levels up hahahha
Loved your Thailand adventures, Christiane. Thanks for bringing us along and sharing your enthusiasm. Love the way you can mix easily with other people. 👍😊🇮🇪🇬🇧
Loooovvved Railay Beach did it as part of an18 day travel tour with Tru Travels. Was incredible! And Koh Panghan was my favourite island in Thailand. Spent a month chilling there before flying home to England 😥
This was a great series - well done Great to see Chris from Retired Working From You in there - he's hilarious.Hopefully he tags you on a future video because his following on YT has exploded in numbers Question - the east side of the beach you land on in Railey - was it easy enough to walk to the west side from there? fun fact with Kat #5?: Born in Canada, grew up in Australia but so many people ask me what my accent is, thinking I'm British. Great Thailand series! Any tips for vlogging on an iPhone, I will be starting in Vancouver next week
I'm going to miss these Thailand videos, what an adventure! Thanks for letting us live vicariously through you! Looking forward to seeing your Australia videos!
Chris Parker has done so much for Thailand he deserves to be given the freedom of the country and the highest honour the kingdom can award
As a Thai, i couldnt agree more!
@@sun_s9067 As a Thai he deserves the best. When he taught Thai teenagers to love and honor Thailand with tears in his eyes I cried non stop.
I thought someone looked familiar ;)

Another great video, bummer I missed you, I'm landing in Bangkok April 24th. Safe travels!!
I’ve loved watching this series! I’d love a video on how COVID has affected your ability to travel and how it’s impacted this trip in particular
COVID restrictions are fading so quickly it’s honestly not worth making a video on it 😅 the program in place at the time made entering the country a bit more complex than usual but once you were in, it often felt like covid never existed. I love this series, makes me want to go Thailand. Take Care and see you in your next adventure.
I did that climb barefoot and i can say it was no good😁 but a really fun climb! Nice video.
The last I went to railay west there was only a little shack that sold drinks and snacks. And most people there were rock climbers hahahaha we were the only ones lazing on the beach.. I’m amazed at how much it’s changed!
That's brilliant looks like fun. Also thanks for putting up the currency conversions, really helpful 👌🙏

Haha very good timing!! Enjoy 😍
This was a great series - well done
Great to see Chris from Retired Working From You in there - he's hilarious.Hopefully he tags you on a future video because his following on YT has exploded in numbers
Question - the east side of the beach you land on in Railey - was it easy enough to walk to the west side from there?
I went in 2019 and had to wade out of the boat from the west side - next time I go I'd love to use the pier and stay dry
Cheers dear
I see @RetiredWorkinForYou at 3:13 in yellow t shirt 😂🙌 love it
I rlly loved this thailand content!!! I wish to travel one day to tailand
fun fact with Kat #5?: Born in Canada, grew up in Australia but so many people ask me what my accent is, thinking I'm British. Great Thailand series! Any tips for vlogging on an iPhone, I will be starting in Vancouver next week
