I jumped on the Joy bandwagon early. I love it and use it far more than my maker. It’s perfect for card making but also for cutting ephemera for journal making.
Love The new background. Got my joy when they first came out. Took it to the beach and made T-shirts for everybody. I have an easy press mini and it worked great. Also small you can take it everywhere. You can make a card so fast on the Joy you won’t believe it. I used to hate the Cricut software. I love my scan and cut but have really enjoyed the joy and I’m learning design space too. There might be a maker in my future.

It does a lot for the size of the machine, it has some weight to it too. It's just the cutest!! And I love that it can go any where easily. I also bought the Joy after having the Makers for 2 years. I made all my Christmas cards on the Joy from the Design space cards, had a lot of fun making them. I would love if Cricut would make a pack of Vinyl just like the sample piece. I feel I would make a lot more projects if I had pre-cut and ready to go in an assortment of colors. Can't wait to see what you make.

I love my Cricut Joy. I took it to Tennessee to my daughter’s to do some crafting. So much easier to travel with. For at home I usually use the Maker. You are so creative, I look forward to seeing your ideas.

I too received one for Christmas. Even though I have 4 other cricut machines I love the Joy because of its portability! It’s been in the kitchen and now in the basement and soon in my craft room. That’s if it makes it too my craft room. I feel kinda like a traitor though because I haven’t used my Maker since 🙃 can’t wait to see your projects and future videos using it! Thanks for sharing😊

I bought one awhile ago but haven’t played with it much because my Grandaughter gas it with her in college. It is so fun. She uses it mostly with vinyl (she has an easy press) and the cards.

I'm interested to follow your Joy journey as I was sorely tempted to get one last year when they were introduced; however, as you said, they are not cheap and it would be very, very much a 'considered purchase' for me (things are financially tight and if I get this, it would be my only purchase for 2021!). You have a lot of additional purchases too, and it worries me that maybe a lot of extra peripherals are needed to make the best of the machine? Anyway, I'm looking forward to your videos! You have such fabulous ideas 💞
I have a Joy. I have not used it much. But I love it. I switch between my Silhouette and my Joy. I Christmas present this year was the new Cameo 4. I look forward to more of your JOY videos. And of course the rest of them 😅🤣!

I'm even later. Still watching and waiting. I bought the very first Cricut machine with a 50% off coupon. The next time the store offered coupons it stated could not be used for Cricut products. Since it was new there were issues. Pads did not work for very long and having to buy the a cartridge even if you only wanted a few characters. I'm going to be checking out your other videos.
I really like this little machine. My husband gave me a circuit 3 years ago and I've never used it. Its still awaiting my first use. I just dont know how to use it. And its a purple one, my favorite color 💜.
I have the bigger cricut and I hardly use it because I don't know how to do everything that it can do. I wish they had a manual to teach how to use it.
Lol! I am so into this video I was actually stretching my neck so I could look in bottom of box. 🤣😂🤣. I think this quarantine stuff is making me a little crazy. 🤪🤪🤪
My daughter and I each got a JOY for Christmas!! Cute machine, but getting the vinyl off the smart vinyl backing is a real bear!!! The backing is VERY stiff and very hard to bend! The vinyl does not want to come off ! Even used the transfer tape for the Joy! Tried contact paper! Tried even the extra heavy grip transfer tape for glitter vinyl! It was very frustrating to say the least! I've been using circuit machines for years never had this much trouble!! I felt bad for my daughter its her first machine! The Joy is my third! But I can see potential with the Joy! Just not the smart vinyl!!!!

It's easier use than the larger circuit. I enjoy writing inside the card but there's a learning curve.
