    I learned so much by watching this video. I have a Cricut Explore Air 2, and I didn’t know it could do all this. Thank you for taking the time to make this tutorial!

    Ok, mirroring the front of the card to cut is kind of life changing. I have stayed away from these cards because they looked so difficult.
    And thank you for showing the corners, I was confused by the insert. I love to use the writing feature because my handwriting is Terrible! Thank you so much!!

    Your Texas Aunt Lolly loves you for doing these Cricut videos. You are such a good teacher and you inspire me to get busy crafting using what I have. Do you own a Silhouette Cameo? If so I would like some videos on using it too. P.S. I ❤️ U without these videos too.

    Hi Maymay, I love this project! I have an unrelated question if that is ok. I am having all kinds of problems with my paper trimmers. I have tried a few different kind but no matter how much I love them the place where the blade fits in the housing...the opening around the blade seems to stretch and everytime I lift the arm the blade falls out and I have to keep popping it back in. Do you have any idea about what the problem may be? This seems to happen with all of the trimmers I have tried, including Fiskars. I have not tried cricut one yet but hate to keep buying same style of trimmer, even though I love that style, if the blade is eventually going to be falling out everytime I lift the arm up. Thank you tons, I have looked everywhere for answers but cannot find help with it.

      @elvamcnurlin5736 3 года назад +1

      I have not had that problem with the cricut trimmer. The blade attaches differently. I did have that problem with all of my fiskars except the rotary blade and guillotine style

      @dianeparrish2137 3 года назад

      @@elvamcnurlin5736 I really like having the scoring blade separate...both on there at once. I wonder if you can buy not only the blades but the extra housing handle part so you can use the scoring and blade on the trimmer at once. I have tried to find the extra housing or top part of the blade but cannot find it...maybe I am not using the right name, What do you thiink?

    LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! Is there a fee for getting the Cricut Design?

    • @MorgaineChristensen

      Design Space is web based and is part of your Cricut product. You will need to create an account, when you set up your machine, and download Design Space. If you wish access to more than the free images and fonts on offer, sign up for a Paid membership, which is about $9.99 a month.
      I don’t know if this is still true but, when I bought my Cricut last October, I had 30 or 60 day trial of a Premium membership access to try out the extra images and fonts available. It is well worth the $9.99 a month for me to access all they have on offer. I been learning to make my own card stencils ( 1 time use or reusable) using Cricut Design Space and all the images available.
      Please note, even with a Premium membership, there are still some images and fonts that require an additional payment, such as Disney characters, due to licensing fees and restrictions.

    Reading the title "...NO JOY NEEDED..." I was quite irritated. What, a Maymay-video without joy and fun, that can't be true, something must be wrong !!!

      It’s not doing that for me, could you possibly have the video open in a page behind where you’re looking? Sometimes that happens.

      Thank you! This Cricut stuff can be mind boggling! I appreciate the Explorer tutorial. You made making my first card much easier than expected.However, I didn’t know that I had to buy a separate tool for “scoring” vs cutting.
