I’m gonna go put one on layaway haha. This innovation in this bow. And the folds of honor. This bow is the embodiment of what it is to be an American. I can get behind Darton 100% on this bow.
im a mathews fanboy but as a disabled vet and lover of archery this bow is awesome and to be honest i may have to get one. thanks darton its much needed in todays archery line up.
Northern Michigan born and raised and I didn’t even know Darton was made in Michigan! lol and I have family that works at Bohning. But this bow is 100% in the running for my new bow in the spring. Can’t wait to shoot one! And as an army vet the folds of honor is an amazing non profit and love the pairing.
Wow, it looks like Darton hit a grand slam. I still have two old Dartons that shoot well still. It's great to see this new style of engineering shine forth. I would love to shoot that bow against those shooting their Elites and Matthew's. They wouldn't be dogging me with that. GOD bless and keep up the great work and Faith.
Thanks PJ. Nice video with Randy Kitts. Typically bow manufacturers don’t want you to twist cables to get where you want to go in the tuning process. With all the new innovative tuning features on this bow, make it a great choice if you’re looking for a new bow.
Looking good and innovative. Is Rex Darlington in an advisory role at all? The only thing negative is , why didn’t they put a picatinny mount on the front of the riser for a sight?
I'm 53 I was 20 bought me a darton mustang took 19 deer , at 23 bought me a carton viper. Took 29 deer many squirrels coyotes beaver. Shot it every year up until last year. I need a new one. Thought they left the country! I'm getting one just like that. They are awesome and deadly..
What an absolute game changer. Darton came out swinging for 2025. This is easily bow of the year material right here. Im primarily a Hoyt guy with some dabbling in Athens, Mathews, and I had a Darton Tempest ET too. Im VERY interested in trying one of these out. The folds of honor is just the icing on the cake. How can you go wrong? Man Hoyt and Mathews are gonna have a hard time following this. What a genius design.
You can’t fool us,those look like GAS Ghost strings!😏That and the fact you’re young gun Jacob Slousars endorses them! Great choice though, I highly recommend them!👍🏻
I am totally impressed before I spend the money on the BowTech Core SS or the Matthews Lift I will definitely be shooting this bow If you have this bow priced right, I might switch for life
It's been awhile since I owned a Darton and looks like I will be buying one of these, I just need to see what the string angle is going to be on the 31 with the long riser and cam size.
The limb pocket is interesting. Probably 20 years ago, PSE had individually adjustable split limbs that would do the same thing, but with drastic adjustments and if you didn't pay attention, I bet those bows would come apart. I like this idea better, one bolt for weight adjustment and an adjusting block to offset the limbs.
Would you please review the p?Yes?E mock 35DS I'm interested in buying that bow and I want to know the speed and the full draw stability.Brace height , not one person has reviewed that bow yet. Thanks
Not on this bow. It only needed the slightest adjustment to get it right. We have a video dropping shortly on the new target bow where I have to make more adjustments and I do top and bottom limbs
Yes and no……it fixes timing without a bow press which the Bowtech system does. However, the Bowtech system is basically only for making micro adjustments. If the timing is off by a good bit, you still gotta press the bow to twist the cables to make up for sizable timing gaps and then you can make micro adjustments with their Deadlock system.
@@joshstevens9528 The timing yoke? It’s the same as twisting a cable that’s attached to the cam except you can go less than a half twist or between a half and full twist
3:36 Darton has only now come up with an idea that the Chinese introduced 5 years ago in the Topoint Reliance 38, this is no novelty. Apparently darton is copying someone else's patents. 🤣
Let me guess, bow tech fools will probably try to sue these guys and put them out of business. Just because it paper tunes with adjustments on the fly lol
Hmmmm……..Go check our Steel Target Challenge video from this past year. That’s not a Mathews in my hands! I love Mathews bows, but I shoot other brands too…..
What do you think of the Darton Sequel 35 ST2 and the new tuning features? Comment below!
I’ve been a Mathews guy for a long time. But the “folds of honor” bow looks cool, and it’s a great cause. Time for a field trip to Lancaster Archery

I have never seen PJ this excited over a bow review, it must be a really good shooter
Excellent bow with excellent features at almost the same reasonable pricepoint as its predecessor. Darton shooters are eating good!
This year is a new bow year and I’ll be picking up this Darton!
The new additions makes want to get a 33!
And you won't be the only one!
@@LancasterArcherySupplyThis bow is going to sell for sure.
Excellent Job by Darton.

Yessssss finally a 35” ata
PJ, You’re solid as a rock after the shot. The slow motion footage doesn’t lie.👍
"Like a Rock" by Bob Seger was written about PJ's archery form.

Good looking bow. Always liked Darron’s. Definitely going to to go try the 33

PJ, I am 37 and I learned to shoot a compound bow on an old Darton compound from the 80's. I remember...
at last something really new

Looks like some great features for tuning. Awesome, some of the proceeds are going to the nonprofit..
I stated online the idea of separate limb adjustment last year. Glad others were thinking the same.
Darton has been making great bows for years. Their 2007 line started the rebirth in my opinion.
I REALLY want to get my hands on one!
Owned a 40B and SL50 back in 83 or so. 1st bow after hanging up the Bear Kodiak Hunter and Magnum.
I am totally impressed before I spend the money on the BowTech Core SS or the Matthews Lift I will definitely be shooting this bow
If you have this bow priced right, I might switch for life
Darton had some cool cams back when. I believe Alpine Archery used cam tech from Darton.
It's been awhile since I owned a Darton and looks like I will be buying one of these, I just need to see what the string angle is going to be on the 31 with the long riser and cam size.

I’m saving up for this, I need to own this bow.!
Ordered mine
Good choice, sir.
Go Darton!!!
Impressed
Love the videos
Hey thanks, sport.
Can you speak about the grip, how it feels etc.?
Take my money
Listening to Randy, owner of the company in this session just sold me on a Darton in 2025.
Randy is a cool guy.
PJ. What would you liken the draw cycle to? I.e. cams look similar in design and shape to my SR 350
Left hand availability?
Yep
Something different about Dartons .. my current favourites
Any word when dealers will have the 33s and 31s in stock?
No dealers have told me anything

I wonder if they would sell me those timing adjusters so i could put them on my Consequence? Maybe even limb pockets too 😮
When you corrected the tail left, did you adjust both top and bottom, same side limbs??
Not on this bow. It only needed the slightest adjustment to get it right. We have a video dropping shortly on the new target bow where I have to make more adjustments and I do top and bottom limbs
This may be the best tuning method yet! Will this be in their target bows?
We have a video coming on that, but spoiler…….yes they will!
Be sure to watch that video when it comes out because I had to use the tuning feature a lot more with that bow than this one
Note for next year. Add 1/4” dl increments and 65lb limbs.
I thought APA already had an easy tune system
We'd love a side by side comparison of this and the elite exalt 35
Guess you'll just have to buy both and see for yourself 🤷
@LancasterArcherySupply what a wild reply, why would I do that? 🤣 that's what RUclips and you guys with archery stores are for lol
Would you say this is more a hunting bow feel or a target bow feel?
Hunting bow……but a BIG hunting bow
Seems an amazing bow! Would it be good for someone who never shot a compound bow in his life?
For sure!
@@pjreilly3997 Thank you for your answer. Im just afraid of making a wrong choice and on top of that damage a more expensive bow due to user error.
