Mad respect for you and I’m happy you found a solution for your predicament. Two things to remember: 1) no one is listening to the sound of your pants, and 2) diapers aren’t “sexy”. What’s “sexy” is a person confident in themselves so please don’t think less of yourself in anyway for having to wear them. Be you and be proud of yourself.

Maybe check out the Nateen brand of adult diapers. They have like 100 oz Combi maxi to 160oz Combi X Ultra protection but seem reasonably priced. Has a honeycomb design based in belgium.
Seem to feel decent when wet. Fortunatly I just have urinary incontinence when I'm stressed out. Form of anixity. They seem kinda thinner that other absorbant brands. Started having issues at the tail end of my Civil Environmental Engineering courses. The stress got to me. Could be worse things.
Alchohol or caffine can trigger it.

After five cancer surgeries that I have had my doctor actually prescribed me to wear Diapers a Bra for comfort and support.
I'm 6 ft 2 in tall and 225 lb with A cup breasts
Being a guy I tried to conceal my bra wearing for the first year.
Now I'm into my 2nd year and I decided to be bold by wearing shirts that you can tell that I'm wearing a bra underneath.

I've been wearing diapers for over 15 years. I should've been wearing them before. I felt shame too, and I would wet the bed some and almost poop on myself. Finally, my mom and brother talked to me, and they told me wearing diapers isn't a big deal, so I got a box of diapers, and I have been wearing them since. They do the job and I have learned to embrace them.

More than once I've bawled my eyes out in public restrooms because I wet or messed on myself out of sheer pigheadedness. My advice to anyone is to deal with the shame however you have to and take precautions to save yourself embarrassment and humiliation.

I tried suicide twice not just because of the diapers but the pain as well. The biggest thing I think is to let it go. So what I wear diapers 24/7 and am proud. You're an incredibly Brave young lady Holly! I know first-hand what it's like to have to wear a diaper as I was diagnosed as being Incontinent and am a full-time diaper wearer now. The hardest part for me was wearing a diaper to work and I work with a whole bunch of guys in a warehouse but our clothing at work does a great job of concealing my padded butt so I didn't have to worry so much as I thought. I also have been diagnosed with OCD and finding and using a public bathroom is impossible if you're terrified of germs like I am. So after decades of holding it too long I really damaged my bladder with diverticulitis. I also had a pre-existing condition called irritable bowel syndrome. So one day I was driving to work and I had an incredibly embarrassing bathroom accident on the side of the road and when I told my doctor she diagnosed me with Incontinence and gave me a long-term prescription for adult diapers for both bowell and urinary. So the really thick and bulky ones... with a booster pad.
Thank you for sharing this Holly you're a real inspiration for people like us! God bless and take care! 💖

The shame of incontinence is deep, irrational and poisonous to the soul. Add the shame of wearing diapers on top of that, and your life becomes nothing short of horrific. It took me years just to reach the point where I was able to talk about this stuff without wanting to crawl away and bury myself in a hole. All of us who have to deal with this have my love and compassion. None of us asked for this, or probably ever dreamed it would happen to us.

I worked at a job for 8 years where I was subject to constant health issues- lung and respiratory infections, bladder and kidney infections, pneumonia and diarrhea. For almost 8 years, I had to wear diapers almost daily because I had frequent and uncontrollable diarrhea, usually with only a minute's warning from my body that I was about to poop. wearing diapers just became a way of life for me. Cleaning up a messy BM away from home was always miserable and time-consuming. I always had to carry wet wipes and at least 3 extra diapers with me wherever I went. This made dating a bit difficult, especially when you have to explain to a woman why you have to wear diapers every time you leave you home.

I have CP, all my life I had trouble going to the bathroom, and I wouldn’t go in school. I would hold it in which isn’t good. Then I would start not going in the morning which I didn’t like. Then I had a uti once which I didn’t want ever again which made my decision to try to look for a solution and I I’ve been keeping it open, which is helping. But now sometimes I can’t hold it in and I leak. I’m in a wheelchair so I don’t think diapers is a long shot to be in, and no one will know but I haven’t started wearing them yet. But it feels like I’m getting close. Your video is inspiring.

I have CP too and use a wheelchair. Because of a CP caused brain damage I wear diapers every night of my 53 years long life. As normal putting on a pyjama in the evening for others, it is normal to me putting a diaper on because of my enuresis.
At daytime I use diapers repeatedly if I be on the move so that I must not search a rare wheelchair accessible toilet. In that case diapers are an alternative form of underwear.

Diapers come in many different forms. Inserts and pull-ups are barely visible. Whereas all-in-one tape-on diapers (baby-style type - like Pampers) are much harder to conceal.
I wear diapers after a 4-degree tear, during child/birth, that basically abolished my sphincter. I find these hard to conceal. Bulky and crinkly.

I agree with what you say. The problem being wearing a diaper people get the idea you could be a peadaphile which is so wrong. Males can dress up in women's clothing, that's acceptable, however, wearing a diaper isnt due to people then assuming the worst which is so wrong. I've worn diapers all my life, its a security/comfort issue. Since 2018 I've had to wear them due to a very serious car accident. The contince nurse told me it's only going to worse, I am so glad their are people around that dont stigmatized me. It affects every part of my life, people don't understand due to ignorance or embarrassment.

I like ABDL and BDSM, and I REALLY need some encouragement right now. I want a woman in my life to serve the mommy/mistress role in an ABDL/BDSM relationship more than anything else in the world, but I feel like it will never happen. For starters, most women would find this kink to be disgusting and would have no interest in changing a grown man's wet/messy/cummy diapers. The vast majority of ABDLs are men. There's also the fact that most of the few women who do like ABDL (and the women who like BDSM) prefer to be submissive. I'm actually a switch (although I enjoy being a sub more), but most women seem to ONLY want to be a sub. I'm not even very good at vanilla dating, as I am extremely socially inept and although I'm not hideous, I'm not the most handsome guy in the world either. It all just seems so hopeless.

Coming from a guy nearing 40, back when I was in my early 30s I got a really bad flu/infection that caused almost a complete loss of bladder and some bowel control. I was in the same boat as you - I didn't want to, and I thought too heavily on the fact that here I am having to wear diapers. In the end, I just embraced it, owned it, and while my ability to control has returned, it's not what it used to be and I still have accidents on occasion. So now I just wear whenever I can and don't really care who knows. I even source diapers with different designs on them, more for the humour but the ones I buy now work better than the typical store-brands. It allows me to be more confident they'll do what they need to, and I can have a laugh all at the same time.
One day the general stigma of wearing them will hopefully go away. Because it's really not a big deal. Who cares what others think? You just do you. Proud of you for coming out and saying what you did. It gave me the confidence to say what I did just now.

I never understood the stigma behind wearing diapers? A lot of people have to rely on external devices to help them manage their issues and these devices help them to live a normal life. Hearing aids, walkers, glasses, dentures, canes, prosthetic limbs... are no different than diapers, but people see no shame in using those devices to get back their freedom and independence. Why should we see diapers as anything different?

Shame can make you believe a lot of ridiculous things. For instance, I used to be afraid that if anyone knew I wore diapers or realized that I did, their immediate reaction would be to laugh at and make fun of me. I was even afraid that friends and family might secretly laugh at me. The idea is insane when you look closely at it, because if anyone I was close to ever revealed a similar secret to me, laughing at them would be the last thing in the world I'd ever do. Yet somehow I expected that it would be done to me; and I think I expected that because on some level I felt like I deserved it. I was mortally ashamed and the shame had my thinking twisted up in knots.

Myself being both at 61 years old and having had a 7mm kidney stone I became incontinent and I'm not ashamed of having to wear them they help me get around thru the day so I'm not just stuck at home. If your really ok with wearing them you might just have fun since there are so many different diapers out there that are all different colors and looks you can have fun wearing. I say if you have to wear them might as well have fun and look good/cute in them.

Just FYI, diapers can be very sexy for a 'sane and normal' person. There is a very large community of ABDL folks, like myself that make the best out of diapers. I actually own an ABDL diaper manufacturing company and sell to thousands of folks who think diapers are sexy. I appreciate your need for diapers and medical diagnosis, but it would be wonderful if you could acknowledge that there those who do not *need* diapers, but wear them anyway, and feel sexy in them. Great work on the channel!

don't let people shame you for wearing diapers, there's absolutely nothing wrong with it. I'm 38 and wear at night but I also wear during the day at times when I know I'll be out for a while because of OAB. Things like caffeine make me pee every 10 minutes like a lot of other people out there. Diapers have been a way of life for many years for me and others so congrats on finally just letting it happen. The only person holding you back with "diaper shame" is yourself! Most people are pretty understanding, but there's always going to be people who give you a look or laugh if they're kids/teens etc. but screw them, one day they could be in your position so just laugh it off! I know there's medications for OAB and night enuresis but a lot of people including myself love diapers so that's what we choose to use instead of medications that can cause worse problems than the issue at hand.. I am listening to your video right now and know you're not an ab/dl but shout out to the ab/dl dd/lg community people! Diaper pride! I've worn them on airplanes and on long car rides too when I used to commute three hours to work. They really are a lifesaver even if you don't technically need them especially in this day in age with covid going around etc. I despise public bathrooms! Btw, a lot of people including myself find women in diapers sexy, check out reddit sometime or any other "naughty" site and you'll know what I mean. No matter the reason you wear just keep your chin up and don't worry about what "people" think! brands like depend are trash though, others mentioned it but I would also recommend northshorecare diapers or xpmedical for some of the other best in the industry. There's several other sites but those are the two I order from the most. Not into printed baby/whatever pattern diapers myself but there's TONS of prints and styles you can order even if you're not fetishizing them, it makes it a lot easier to handle and is fun to use different prints/colors sometimes. Really great sites to check out for printed diapers are rearz, bambinodiapers, dcamour or littleforbig. There's a lot more these days than in the past and I'm not paid to advertise for any of them so if you want more info you will have to google them. I just ordered some black northshorecare diapers because I'm a guy and they are super sleek for me instead of the clinical white diapers, easy to hide under clothing too!

I find women in general attractive, regardless of what they wear. Yes, I will admit that I have seen images of adult women who are wearing diapers and they were quite beautiful and erotic. There are men out there that are sexually aroused by seeing women wearing full-cut "granny panties" or vintage lingerie from the 1940s. Different strokes for different folks. I also think short-cut hair on women is sexy, Demi Moore and Jamie Leigh Curtis, for example. The first thing I notice about a woman is her eyes. If she has beautiful eyes, she has my undivided attention.

Like most children, I was *"potty trained"* while rather young, later than most, at the age of age 5 yrs. But I still needed to pee. If I was near a toilet and I could make it in a timely manner, I'm in good shape. But more often than not, I needed to pee, sometimes I needed to poop, but I'm nowhere near a toilet when I need to go.

I think it is great to be able to laugh. Oh the stories I could tell. I am a youth pastor. I have never made it a secret about my incontinence with my youth. When ever we go on a trip I all ways have my diapers with me. On one trip I had a partial pack of diapers and had placed the pack in the overhead rack on our bus. Some of the teen girls managed to take out about 6 pair from the pack and decorate them . They drew smiley faces and Bible verses and other cheerful notes and pictures. Each pair I put on had me laughing and encouraged. Keep laughing and if you ever need a reason I have lots of stories that will help keep you laughing. Blessings

Unfortunately I had a slight accident and lost almost total control of bladder and now wear 24/7. At work my coworkers realized I never used the bathroom during a 10 hour shift so my secret was out. No where near the end of the world. I just put one on and go about my day. The AB/DL diapers work the best for everyday and long wearing.

Wearing a diaper is not a problem.
Detecting an event and getting away from people is the most important thing. I can't even count the times I have shifted position and realized there was poop loose, or the smell reaches my nose near a close space, or an abrupt change in a persons expression if they notice before I do.

Hi, Just to let you everyone outside, since 3 years I was diagnose with urge incontinence. When I have to go I have no more then 30 seconds and it hurt a lot. I at the beginning was 63 years old and yes with help of internet I found I was not alone and most of us use adult diaper I also found that on internet it exist a community of adult who wear diaper just for fun. From that community I bought ab diaper wich is a lot more absorbant then the regular one found in normal store. At first I was a shame but with time it become use to it and I forget that I wear a diaper instead of adult underwater. Hope that can help others and wish to share other experience.

You should not feel ashamed for having to wear diapers, I have to wear diapers and plastic pants. I also have to wear a plastic kiddie bib when I eat, because I have muscle tremors and a spill on myself otherwise. Anytime I go to a restaurant and bring bibs with me. Some people say to me I like your bib. In fact some people say that they should wear a bib. I have had muscle tremors in my whole entire life. But I am super lucky to be alive. I have a super huge support team. It does make it easier to have to wear a bib, because the minute I sit down my favorite servers say let’s put your bib on you.

Because of chronic pain issues at night, I have to wear diapers to bed because getting up to go urinate can be extremely painful and potentially dangerous. Once last week, I skipped putting on my night-time diaper because I was so tired, just getting home from a 16-hour work day and I did not feel like messing with putting a diaper on for bed. Big mistake! I woke up after only 3 hours sleep, having to pee really bad; and because I wasn't wearing my usual night-time diaper, had to get up. It took me several minutes just to sit up and stand, and almost fell walking back to my bed from the bathroom. Wearing diapers ensures that I get a safe and restful night's sleep without fear of falling and risking serious injuries or worse.

And dump him, on the spot. Change your number, get a restraining order, and never allow him to see your face, alive again. I hope your husband never needs them. Or youre gone for good. With the house and kids.

I have these issues. Nobody would guess the kind of butch, ripped lady would pee! 🙀 But yeah, it's manageable like putting on big girl pee pants before a long train/plane ride, or e.g. going to the laboratory for samples without emptying in the morning. For me the *f--k it* moment was getting up from a chair, having that sense of bladder vertigo and tripping on the way to the ladies' room, and the reader can guess the rest.
My thought is, that if I pee in front of others, it's confusing and awkward for everyone. But if they notice that Tena or w/e they'll figure it's for a medical condition 99/100. There really is no reason to not resort to aids which do actually help.
