Kujo DID NOT get permission for the choir singing part in that beat. also Kujo got the video copyright striked on youtube and taken down thinking he was owed more money because the song it was used on was so popular. but Ren had bought the full unlimited license so Kujo is not owed more money from Ren. Ren tried to smooth all of this over with Kujo by offering to do another song with him and split everything 50/50 but Kujo declined and kept pressing on about Sick Boi. Ren unknowingly started talking to Kujos girlfriend then had a lot of conversation about all this with her when he found out who she was. he said she was very polite and nice and then when Ren turned his back she was telling lies on him. thats supposed to be Kujos girlfriend in the other chair and why Ren drags her out also. thats a basic outline of the events.

Kindness is important but balance is difficult to achieve. None of us are perfect. If we were, we wouldn't be here to learn. But when kindness is taken advantage of, it invokes anger. The Beat in the song Sickboy was indeed made by Kujo, Ren bought the beat, but the beat contained a sample (the choir part) that Kujo was not licensed to use, and not only that was already a violation of the contract they had, he also failed to tell Ren about this. When the Sample owners finally came after royalties, not only Kujo did not own up to it, he also tried to get more money from Ren. To be fair there was a mess up from the publisher, who have not paid Kujo his publishing % in the song (nothing to do with the initial purchase value that Ren bought and he got paid), but that is being taken cared of and he will get his publishing money. But instead of sorting it out fairly with Ren, he tried to use this to negotiate a Bigger % from Ren, and did a Copyright strike against the song, to basically hold it hostage to get what he wanted. Hope that was not too confusing and helped you to understand the situation better.

His music is generally less angry, I promise 😅 I just wanted to say that the girlfriend not only threatened to break Ren's kneecaps (supposedly jokingly), but she actually falsified a copy of the contract to make it seem Ren was the one in the wrong and posted it on Ren's Reddit account (a social media platform) which is illegal to do actually. Ren doesn't usually speak to women this way (at least that I'm aware of), but said he did so here to in order to hurt the guy through this song. He wanted it to get to him. When he said 'she likes it rough' he was alluding to her comment about breaking Ren's kneecaps. This is a very intense song which reflects how hurt Ren actually felt by what happened. As he says in one scene, he pours his soul into each one. They are like his children. And for someone to have forced him to kill his own song, probably felt like someone making you kill your own child.
I can totally feel the same way for Ren, though I've just only discovered two of his songs till now. I still know that he is a very gentle human being.

I do HOPE you will listen to many many MORE of Genius Ren's songs he is just completely something else he is Out Of This World One of A Kind He is SO very Talented & Gifted & He has Helped millions of Beings with his songs cuz like myself there are a LOT of other Beings who can really truly relate to his Lyrics cuz of the physical & mental issues some of us have His Magical to me Music helps keep me on this CrAzYYY Planet & He is just beyond a Beautiful Being He is very very deep but he also has a fantastical sense of humor & as you said is very down to earth tho lots of people call him an Alien cuz he IS just SO mind blowing Unique & Magnificent with his Gifts heh!
