There should honestly be a way for Caltrain to use them more instead of only for the Gilroy service. Maybe they could talk with other agencies who don't want to use their Bombardier coaches and Cabcars (or some of those coaches) anymore and sell them to Caltrain so they can be converted to EMU's. Metrolink still has some leftover Bombardier stuff in the LA yards doing nothing that could use a well-deserved makeover.
