Then Bairstow opened the game up with stokes playing aggressively and scoring the runs but alot of heavy lifting was by stokes. That 15over spell the night before goes so often unspoken but it massively help win the match

In my mind this is one of the most beautiful rearguard actions taking his team to victory. In my mind - the finest Ashes knock ever. Some people are destined to win despite odds - Ben Stokes defied fortune in both the WC final and here.
I was watching this match live.And I was noticing that after every ball, leach was cleaning his lenses. And after facing the fourth ball stokes was taking 1 run and leach was playing two balls and was defending it. And when he took a run crowd cheered in a such a way that he had made his century.Damn those days.

Was at that game, all 4 days. The most memorable game of cricket I have ever witnessed. Had everything. What Ben Stokes did has to go down in history as one of, if not, the best innings to win a test ever. The LBW, the missed runout - in the end the result was a fitting end to a brilliant test. I'm Australian and I loved all of it, and will never forget.
