I really respect Tsunade as Hokage. The job is not only about the strength. But mainly about politics. And she was always very analytical, empathetic and smart about it. She was the one who tried to establish good relations between the villages. And she was also very proactive and able to defend her views.
Other than that her performance in the pain assault arc was unbelievable she managed to protect everyone, still stand to fight, and help share info through out the village
She is arguably one of the best hokage period. After Orochimaru’s invasion, she was able to help the Hidden Leaf through very dark times. Even though she was Hokage for 4 years, she did a damn great job. She was not only dealing with Orochimaru and Akatsuki, she had to constantly deal with Danzos and the elders BS. She had more of a backbone than the Third Hokage. She didn’t let those 3 idiots push her around.
Glad you discuss the Tsunade and Minato combo. Minato just teleporting the lady that shattered Madara’s Sussano at will is insane. Not to mention if Obito even manages to get a blow in Tsuande has the best regeneration justu in the series. Minato and Tsunade are an unstoppable combo.
Personally, this was my favorite what if to do on the channel, the Tsunade & Minato vs Obito battle was a lot of fun to think about for this scenario. Really comes down to if you think she gets over her hemophobia before Naruto's birth.

Keeping the Uchiha likely could've helped prevent the whole Hyuuga incident so Neji's father would be alive. No Danzo means a full Uchiha clan with at least 3 powerful Mangekyos., I also feel like she would stomp out any of the fangirling which would give us more competent kunoichi. Overall, her staying might make the village the top village by a wide margin

Man there were a lot of changes here. With Naruto keeping both his parents, living properly in a loving home, and stronger training with Minato, Kushina, and Jiraiya. No Uchiha Massacre, and looking up for them. It wouldn't look good for Orochimaru and Danzo with Tsunade as Hokage. The Akatsuki isn't formed, and the Rain Village isn't left behind (Looking at you cannon Adult Naruto, and I still like to know why.). Only downside is the 4 Major Villages didn't united together. I would say Tsunade being there to deliver Naruto changes the events of the kyuubi attack she would have stopped Obito from pulling out the Nine-Tails from Kushina and stop the Nine Tails from attacking the Leaf Village.
Jiraya and her would have had a kid who would have whooped nine tails just like that and killed obito and orochimaru and thus naruto series won't happen.....and that kid will probably end up the strongest shinobi even surpassing kaguya(cause he has plot armour in my story with HEAVY bias)

Tsunade would most likely reject the Hokage title, although she could have conquered most of her demons thanks to the support of the village, the trauma of losing her loved ones run very deep in her soul. She most likely pull her weight so Minato could be Hokage, basically guaranteeing his ascension. Tsunade would definitely be on Naruto's childbirth, and Obito would know that but he will still attack because the timeframe that the seal is weakened is relatively short. On the fly he will need to find a way to restrain or slow Tsunade, probably he might send Zetsu for that.
She would reject at first but agree later on... at that timeline, hiruzen had gotten older and need replacement and even for longer times the position would still belong to tsunade since with minato the elders n especial DAIMYO since that position should be someone who has politically n heritage powerful. And even if obito had white Zetsu they’d still have hard times defeating tsunade since unlike in the original series where she retired from anything as shinobi and medical ninja, this she is actively as one and that being said there would be more dangerous medical ninjutsu aside from byakugou that she would create n byakugou would be more powerful for the actively vast amount of chakra reserved n by that, not only she could able to fight zetsu but also summon katsuyu to watch over kushina n aid help if she had wounds. The Yin Seal Idea was presumably passed down to her by her Grandmother Mito Uzumaki since it's a sealing Justus. ( Mito was herself having similar mark on her forehead). Tsunade probably advanced the technique to store large volumes of chakra and use it for regeneration and amping her prowess.

Tsunade would most likely reject the Hokage title, although she could have conquered most of her demons thanks to the support of the village, the trauma of losing her loved ones run very deep in her soul. She most likely pull her weight so Minato could be Hokage, basically guaranteeing his ascension.
Tsunade would definitely be on Naruto's childbirth, and Obito would know that but he will still attack because the timeframe that the seal is weakened is relatively short. On the fly he will need to find a way to restrain or slow Tsunade, probably he might send Zetsu for that.
She would reject at first but agree later on... at that timeline, hiruzen had gotten older and need replacement and even for longer times the position would still belong to tsunade since with minato the elders n especial DAIMYO since that position should be someone who has politically n heritage powerful. And even if obito had white Zetsu they’d still have hard times defeating tsunade since unlike in the original series where she retired from anything as shinobi and medical ninja, this she is actively as one and that being said there would be more dangerous medical ninjutsu aside from byakugou that she would create n byakugou would be more powerful for the actively vast amount of chakra reserved n by that, not only she could able to fight zetsu but also summon katsuyu to watch over kushina n aid help if she had wounds. Well then Tsunade since never left the village she would have been in the in the fight against Obito pretending to be Madara and also helping Kushina Uzumaki with her seal then Tsunade could also use lady katsuyu to heal the the civilian so that the Nine-Tails won't eliminate half of the Hidden Leaf population and Tsunade would have had the medical ninjas healing and and helping with the this severe injuries of the villagers

once every 6-8 weeks is about as fast as I can get these. I literally read the manga all over when I do these and take notes specifically for the scenario. people would be surprised how much all the story connects.
