Madara is the type of guy who would unironically go ham whenever he spent time with his kid. Playing Catch? Throws the ball hard enough to break the sound barrier. I spy? Activates Mangekyo Sharingan to both spot better and reverse Time to always get the upper hand. Making food? Puts enough spice in it to force the kid to do a perfect fireball jutsu just to cool his mouth down. Not to mention he'd probably take anything less than perfect grades as a sign of weakness and failure. On the other hand, your never getting bullied at the very least. And if you are, then the bullies bodies are showing up on the morning news.

What if Orochimaru succeeded in crushing Konoha? For this scenario you can have Kimmiaro being apart of the invasion and Gaara turning into Shukaku in the village epicenter must occur. Wildcards: Jiraiya & Kakashi (and several other Jonin) could take the genin rookie class (Naruto & Sasuke included) out of the village when they realized the battle was lost Jiraiya would also seek out Tsunade for healing the wounded. Due to the new regime of Orochimaru as Hokage and Danzo (as advisor) and root as his enforcers itachi would think the worst of Sasuke's safety and he would leak classified information to the other villages. Last wildcard the Akatsuki. The Jinchuriki hunt would be put on hold due to Orochimaru covertly hindering their operations (this would result in an invasion of Konoha part 2 this time by the Akatsuki).
Narutoexplained talks about the the consequences of the uchihas leaving the village with madara. Me with a sinister smile: time to find the ootsutsuki time turtle.
The biggest change would be that the massacre wouldn't have happened and they could go take over any village and made it into the 6 great nations instead of 5.

If the Uchiha clan would've listen to Madara's advice and left the leaf village to relocate elsewhere, then I think the Uchiha clan would've never gotten annihilated especially by two of their own traitors.
If the Uchiha waited to leave until after Kurama attacked the village then it really would've made them look even more suspicious especially since an Uchiha(Obito) was actually manipulating Kurama. The Uchiha needed to leave the village during Madara's era when the village already determined that another Senju would be the 2nd Hokage and Tobirama Senju at that.
It's nice to still see content regarding the legendary Uchiha clan since only one remains which is Sasuke Uchiha but the Boruto series have turned him into a complete joke.

Without the 9 tails imo even with minatos training naruto never makes it past chunin and that's if he survived long enough as a genin to take the exam by the time in the series he actually used his own power he cultivated instead of just drawing from the 9 tails it was already almost the end of the series so I doubt he survives that long especially if he had to go up against zabuza or someone like him at a relative age as when he did in cannon

This was a good "what if" video. Still don't know whom would come out on top if the Ledf and the Cloud went at it though. This means that Shisui would have never awakened his Mangekyo, at least not the way he originally did. Danzo would never attempt to steal Shisui's eyes, so Itachi also doesn't awaken his Mangekyo. Ay being alive(3rd Raikage) would mean that he would invest more time into training Darui. Minato not being Hokage would allow him to develop more jutsu and make him invest more time into training Kakashi. And if Sakumo his still alive, then he too would train his son. Orochimaru remaining in the village would mean that he would be too busy with war to even be thinking about his experiments. He'd spend more time making Anko a force to be reckoned with. What do y'all think?
The leaf still has an army of hyuga, aburame, akimichi and sarutobi. Even though there are some stronger versions of the uchiha and nagato, you really underestimated danzo's planning. Kushina wouldn't just be in the open for them to take her especially pregnant. It would be a really hard war

I don't think Madara would go down the route he took in canon. The reason is that events and motivations would be different. Originally Madara took the words of stone tablet about light and shadow and put them in a negative perspective because he heard Tobirama talking. Uchiha clan didn't listen to him and it was at that point he foresaw the annihilation of Uchiha and the words about light and shadow suddenly had a different meaning to him. But if f Uchiha clan agreed with Madara, he would have no reason to think more deeply. It's important to remember what caused Madara to seek out infinite Tsukiyomi. Originally he wanted just to protect his clan. Uchiha turned their backs on him and he lost all hope. There was nothing personal left to protect so he sought out infinite Tsukiyomi to end all conflict. If Uchiha went with him, he would have the future if Uchiha protected.

Why would I put my life at risk for that? If I’m going to become the jinchuriki then it’s either ten tails or nothing. Anything less isn’t worth it.

I don't think Madara would go down the route he took in canon. The reason is that events and motivations would be different.
Originally Madara took the words of stone tablet about light and shadow and put them in a negative perspective because he heard Tobirama talking. Uchiha clan didn't listen to him and it was at that point he foresaw the annihilation of Uchiha and the words about light and shadow suddenly had a different meaning to him. But if f Uchiha clan agreed with Madara, he would have no reason to think more deeply.
It's important to remember what caused Madara to seek out infinite Tsukiyomi. Originally he wanted just to protect his clan. Uchiha turned their backs on him and he lost all hope. There was nothing personal left to protect so he sought out infinite Tsukiyomi to end all conflict. If Uchiha went with him, he would have the future if Uchiha protected.
He would had done the infinite tskuyomi regardless, but with a bigger akatsuki paramillitairy. He would had put them all in the tree.
