At this point in the timeline, Naruto is definitely stronger than Sasuke and Gaara. Naruto knows FTG, shadow clones, sage mode, rasengan, and toad summoning. Naruto is on another level. This is going to piss some people off, but he might be stronger than Itachi.

Imagine if Inochi and Sensui combined genjitsu against Obito. Another change would be that Kushina and Minato would have more children, at least 3 more. Kushina would likely be retired and teaching basic sealing at the academy. Fugaku and Minato would worry if others were seeking to obtain the nine tails assigning a secret guard to Kushina [Itachi and Mikoto as Uchihas that have a mutual love for Kushina would also serve as her protection, although they would all be protecting each other. If they were able to find out about the intention to capture all the tailed beasts, Fugaku may decide as a contingency that the fledging Uzumaki clan may have to be used as potential vessels. He may have to go so far as to ensure that every Uzumaki child would develop a near brotherly bond with a talented Uchiha. [Or maybe he would encourage this bond as a result of watching the rivalry between Naruto and Saskue]. This could serve multiple benefits; rivalry, teamwork, the loss of the Uzumaki might cause the development of the Mangekyu Sharrigan, the brotherly love would help the Uzumaki keep the tailed beast under control, and unbeknownst to Fugaku if an Uchiha and and Uzumaki were to marry and have children there would be the potential for rennigans

Do you think Minato + Naruto + Kakashi could Talk No Jutsu Obito? At this point he's been acting as Madara less so he might be less corrupted, and they have more time to do so. Naruto managed to Talk no Jutsu him in 2 days.
I doubt that Fugaku would have personally been there for the birth of naruto and his mastery of the sharningan would have helped against obito and the fact he was the only one to be minato equal in konoha
Not wanting to complain, since I believe you did a fantastical job with this video, just some points I'd like to disagree : While it's possible that Zetsu could do the same as Obito and Danzo, chances are that Hanzo would not be convinced that the Akatsuki is a threat to his rule and that he should kill Yahiko by the plantman . Also with Fugaku as hokage I'm very sure that Orochimaru would not succeed in leaving the village, seeing that Sarutobi held back against him and a much less experienced Itachi was able to clap his ass with genjutsu when he atempted to steal his body. More importantly, if Obito was captured, some of the best genjutsu users of the Leaf would try to enter his mind to find information(SPECIALLY Fugaku) as well torture to make him speak, and while I dont see him being broken or redeemed in any way, I do think they would be able to have access to his information on Madara's plan and the existence of the Zetsus, which would cause Konoha to want to hunt Zetsu down and leak the info about the plan to steal the jinchuurikis(probably without the Madara part) so the other villagers would do the same. I'd say that a world with Fugaku hokage would mean game over for Kaguya.
sasukes dad is just like kakashis dad the story tells us that they are very powerful and have a reputation that rivals the kages but we dont get to see them fight. basically if fugaku would have been made hokage most bad stuff wouldnt have happened to konoha and konoha would be an ultimate powerhouse since they would have uchihas full support.

My only issue with this is that the Hidden Mist village was still known as the Bloody Mist even when Yagura was a boy-- it was long before his time, and only ended the year after Zabuza killed that entire class, i.e when he was like 12 or 13 iirc, around the same age Obito 'died' at.
