If you really think about what Tsunade was capable of in terms of even being considered to heal a reaper death seal and the fact that IF she healed his arms she potentially could have led to the destruction of Konoha was a pretty big moment in naruto history. The introduction to team Hiruzen after his death was really iconic considering who they are
Tsunade as a medic is fucking nuts. The fact they were even confident that she could heal his arms and Tsunade didn't disagree with them says a lot about her skill. She took one look and knew right away his arms were damaged by a curse seal. Her skill is incredible.

This would not happen because Orochimaru literally states Tsunade is the last person he'd hurt. This was even shown in the past when she stopped him from taking out jirayia. Tsunade would likely end up being branded a rogue Ninja though I doubt Orochimaru would flat out state she healed him during the bridge fight, but Yamato ain't stupid assuming he'd take over the team after Kakashi is down. He'd probably report what he suspects to jirayia who would likely confirm only Tsunade could be so capable. Obito used a few rinnegan jutsu in the war. He didn't use the main basic jutsu while fighting Naruto, Bee, Gai, and Kakashi, because he said they knew the ways to counter the jutsu.

Orochimaru bodied Jiraiya when he first left the village and is implied to be stronger than him. Sage mode wouldn't help. Gai being out the village fits what happens in the timeline. After the village was destroyed there weren't any Jounin in the village. Jiraiya would have been forced to send them out on those S rank missions back to back to back, just like Tsunade. No Kakashi means Gai is likely out the village.
Kaguya wins so often because each enemy kind of prepared them for the next one. Disrupt that flow and Naruto and Sasuke wont be powerful enough and the world is doomed
That would save us from the worst Arc in the series (the war arc). Orochimaru would have easily gotten Sasukes body and went t work right away with killing the 5 kage and akatsuki all by himself having unlocked and mastered the rinnegan.

Orochimaru bodied Jiraiya when he first left the village and is implied to be stronger than him. Sage mode wouldn't help. Gai being out the village fits what happens in the timeline. After the village was destroyed there weren't any Jounin in the village. Jiraiya would have been forced to send them out on those S rank missions back to back to back, just like Tsunade. No Kakashi means Gai is likely out the village.
