wouldn't using the byakuya seal reverse/heal the effects of the eight gates temporarily? since it accelerates cell division, while eight gates burns through you. so, healing yourself with it=healing bone fracture and so forth. plus with the release of the eight gates, you have more chakra to access, meaning that you can refill the byakuya seal at the same time

So about the war are part Sakura didn't get stronger cuz she activated the seal,but rather cuz she isn't holding back her chakra any more,now she has full access to her chakra,which she didn't for like 3 years because she was storing up that chakra
i think it's combination of both, that she didn't has to holding back her chakra definitely helped but fully activating the seal could also give her some more power.
It was both her not holding back chackra and also activating the seal. Activating the seal gives you a power boost and then releasing the seal and activating mitotic regeneration gives you another power boost and instant regeneration.

People can't realize how much she's grown in the show. She went for being literally one of the weakest Shinobi, to being one the best medical ninjas and literally has stupendous monster strength. People may disagree with me on this, but I never thought she was weak even in Naruto. She just never got those solo fights that we people you possibly don't hate her could've wanted. She was very intelligent and very strong willed. Her spirit was so crazy she decided to train under the strongest women in the world at the time (Tsunade) and grew from that training cause well she didn't die. Kakashi may be her sensei and stuff, but he didn't train her or pay close attention to her much like he did Sasuke or Naruto. He may have said she is more of a genjustu type and the best at Chakra control of the team at the time he didn't really do much with that. Blaming Sakura for her "uselessness" is just getting old. I swear this kinda joke or insult needs to be put in the ground. A little chuckle is never a bad thing, but geez this kinda thing is getting stupid.
I agree with you. Sakura is pretty annoying in Naruto but in Naruto Shippuden she can kick ass. I had grown to love her eversince she showed her medical ninjutsu saving kankuro.
She actually scored top of her class in ninjutsu performance and ninja science/calculus etc. But then when the “real life missions” actually started she was kind of a fail compared to the test-cheater Sasuke and the no-inhibitions Naruto. Sakura didn’t even cheat on the chunin exams, she actuallly learned the almost PhD level calculus.
Considering Sakura and Shikamaru are listed as 8th Hokage candidates, I think if they did give Sakura a different form of the seal, it would be either after she becomes Hokage, or the reason she becomes the next Kage.
Sadly that's not going to happen. Every single character from the old gen is NEVER going to get an upgrade now. Boruto hates showing the old gen as strong or improving since the focus is on Boruto and his buddies. That's it for them. The characters are casually tossed into the bin. When Isshiki attacked Konoha, the old gen could not defend the village or themselves. They were thrown to the side like they were some random filler characters. Total disrespect! Might Gai threw hands with a god (Madara) and Lee was not given the opportunity to also throw hands with a god (Isshiki).

If Sarada learns how to use this when she has her mangekyo sharingan activated she could use this to keep her mangekyo sharingan from losing eye sight. Essentially having an eternal mangekyo sharingan which would be cool.
Like some other people including Nick said, Sarada is kind of dog water at chakra control currently. The only way I see her learning the 100 healings is if she does some intense training with Sakura and Sasuke that brings her control above Shizune but below Tsunade.

That's because they all come from the same place. Mount Myoboku is is in the same place as the forest where the snakes live ajd also I'd imagine wherever Katsuyu lives too. Since Orochimaru also claimed to have seen Lady Katsuyu in the forest since he says that the one summoned is nothing compared to the one he saw then. So we can assume he's seen how large Lady Katsuyu really is.

The only correlation between the old three-way summoning is that Katsuyu, Manda, and Gamabunta know each other from previously working together to then fighting.

As in the summoning animals come from different areas of the same planet or plane or whatever you want to call it. Could just be a different continent. Yea that's exactly what tsunade uses hers for, that's why she hasn't aged physically since Naruto. She keeps herself young using the huge Chakra stored in hers.

Well this brings up something that I am kind of wondering. If Lady Katsuio (or Lady K for short) would be able to use her own chakra and not depend on the summoner’s chakra, would Lady K be a more powerful healer than Sakura? Hypothetically speaking of course.
Mitsuki is the healer of team 7, he can literally make antibodies in his body so he can counter any disease or poison and as a near perfect snake sage he probably has great Chakra control to

Mitsuki isn’t suited to being a medical ninja, tbh i don’t think anyone on Boruto’s team will be a medical ninja. Sarada i would say has the best chance because Sakura is her mother and she’s learning alternative ways to get better chakra control using her sharingan

It's interesting to note that unlike Naruto and Sasuke did with their mentors signature jutsu, what we see with Sakura isn't the evolution of the 100 healings jutsu but more or less a different application of the jutsu's power or a full picture of what one can accomplish, at least from a combative angle. Because Tsunade used the jutsu 24/7 to keep her body physically in it's prime while also amassing chakra for the jutsu, her release was weaker than what we see with Sakura who is only amassing chakra and then at various points releasing it. So Sakura is more an example of what Tsunade could do if she were actually in her prime and not using a considerable amount of her power to keep herself physically (not just cosmetically) in her prime. And while this isn't confirmed, I'm pretty sure she also does it in her sleep as we've seen that when she stops she immediately ages and is very weak, but even in a comma her body reactivated the jutsu.

Your theory makes it logical how she could stay alive while fighting the great Hanzo during her prime. She didn’t get the three great sannin title for nothing. Hanzo was very powerful during the previous world war and only 3 ninjas managed to fight with him on par and without any summoning jutsu I presumed
I'm mad that Kishimoto never explored or even showcased Sakura in the anime like how she was in her novel, girl was literally put up against a 9 tails jinchuriki clone, and won, and Kishi should've explained or elaborated how Sakura generated a new limb, because that could possibly mean that Sakura upgraded the byakuya seal and might even have found a way to stop it's weakness ( the seal's weakness is shortebing its user's life span because of the cell-division)
I always assumed the 100 Healings was just the slug version of sage mode. I wish we had a bit more history of the summons in general, but what we do know with Toad/Snake you can summon different ones of varying sizes, strength, and skills based on the amount of Chakra used while summoning and their contracted users can learn to access Sage energy in which the user takes on physical aspects of their summon animal. Where as with Katsuyu it is basically a portion of the being you are summoning based on the amount of chakra applied to the summon. Which I can only assume that maybe Lady Katsuyu is the only one of her kind?(which assuming she simply lives in her natural environment without shrines and special pools of oil etc, creature comforts for humans to train and grow per say) And one could argue she isn't an offensive type summon(we see her mostly used in the battlefield healing and playing a defensive role) so we can assume she wouldn't teach Sage mode as it's activation time could clearly leave the healer open to attack or if someone was critically injured that would requires immediate attention. Also her healing factor is clearly more powerful than a Sage user. Kabuto still took a bit of time to stabilize and heal Sasuke's chest wound, Tsunade once she had access to a large volume of Chakra after being split in two basically INSTANTLY healed her severed body and was able to keep herself alive and 4 kages alive with almost NO chakra. It would also explain why other users with summons do not have access to Sage mode specifically(Lord 3rd for example)they probably have some other power-up. If each summon has their own unique power up to help their contracted users then their methods would be clearly different(Even toad sage and snake sage have clear differences). What if this is simply a link to Katsuyu's ridiculous healing factor, but in order to access it(And probably prevent transforming into a slug)you need a reserve and control of Chakra to handle the boost and explains why the proportion of healing is based on the amount of chakra of the user. This negates the need to stop moving and accumulate nature energy, just activate jutsu and get to healing. The precise chakra control between the summoned/summoner could also explain why the user does not take on aspects of their summoned creature. Could even take this deeper that Katsuyu was the the catalyst that help formed the early beginnings of the Uzumaki clan(Mastery of sealing jutsus and unusual large reserves of chakra and life spans). Eh? Maybe?
I also have this theory that the jutsu has something to do with the slugs in the Shikotsu Woods. Mostly because we don’t know much about the place. In fact, we only know that it is a place where the slugs resides & it is the only legendary sage regions that has yet to be explored in the anime or manga or novel. Also Sarada did trained with Sakura in a few episodes in Boruto and by the end of it it was shown that Sakura will keep training her on chakra control. So the possibility of Sarada inheriting this jutsu is still there like how she used chidori out of nowhere in the manga.
here's an interesting thought...how Terrifying would it be for someone to know both the 100 healing seal AND all 8 gates , you'd literally have a guy or gal unleashing 100% of their chakra...and regenerating like wolverine as they do
Ohh yeah due to the Superfast regeneration, but the problem is that person can only use it longer than Guy can, cuz the gate of death afterall uses every chakra u have till u have non, it was bcs Naruto gave Guy a large of Chakra he was able to survive. I think it will be like throwing a barrel of gasoline to a camp fire. The fire is the 8th gate mode , the wood is the body of the user and the gasoline is byakougou. For sure the fire will become wider but it will end up consuming the wood way too fastly

She deserves nothing. Worst character in Naruto by far, noone even comes close. Wasted so much screentime doing absolutely nothing and if you took her outof the story and just replaced her with Shizune or any other random medican nin, nothing would change except for there being less cringe in the overall story and somebody else would need to body Sasori, which is mostly irrelevant and would have happened regardless.

I was under the impression that Tsunade was using a simple Transformation technique to look young, that's why it immediately reverts to old looking when she's drained.
No it’s not just a transformation jutsu she is literally changing her cells it’s the highest level of transformation jutsu. If she runs out of chackra she can’t keep using the jutsu.
Sakura needs to further enhance this jutsu, then pass it on to Sarada of course. Even if Sarada doesn't learn the 100 healings, she could still learn the seal to store chakra to enhance her sharingan
@@wadeo_0 And Shizune knows how to use med ninjutsu too but that doesn't mean that she can use the Byakugou, there are TONS of Medical ninjas but only two users of the Byakugou, that's how hard it is to use it, she needs to have real talent from the begining to be able to master it and Sarada simply doesn't have the talent needed.

I feel like stacking the Byakuya and Eight Gates would make it slightly more powerful than the two individually. The Byakuya would be constantly healing the damage of the Eighth Gate so it might drain the seal much faster.
For sarada learning this I will say first she’ll learn control how naruto learned it, focus on one spot and don’t worry about anything else so she won’t be a healer but with incredible determination she might learn this one hard technique. And that’s about the only good thing about this because like tsunade, sarada without ems and being the tank of the team she will never have a full power seal like Sakura and she might have to pour a ton of chakra per day just to do it with her not sufficient chakra control so she might complete it faster during that time sarada will be more useless than part 1 Sakura since she won’t have any chakra per day or won’t be able to use any since she is concentrating 100% on the seal. So with this cons if sarada is a mission ninja doing work every day I don’t think she will ever learn it

Good video, though I disagree with the Sarada having poor chakra control thing. Rather then using an anime only event as our entire basis on this, why not use the cannon material? Sarada is one of very few people able to directly use her chakra to increase her physical strength. This in itself it a feat of extreme chakra control. Well technically mitosis is only used for somatic cells which are all other than the egg and sperm which are gamete cells. Meiosis is the cell division happening when a baby is being made, these are not identical copies but with mitosis those are identical copies of the previous cell
Going on a slightly different tangent. The Kāma seals are typically on a users hands in the case of Boruto and Kawaki. If their arm were to be cut off, would that in turn destroy the kāma marking since it would be disconnected from the chakra network?
I think it depends on how far along the transition is. The more data is stored the bigger the abilities. So I guess if there’s a full backup maybe it can recover somehow?
I don't think so because of a few reasons. 1) they could of just done that with Boruto when the seal appeared and or discovered but they didnt. 2) It has spread further then just the arm and extends dangerously towards other parts of the body via the head, eye, and even a horn. 3) I believe even if they had their arms cut off the chakra from an otsosuki would still be there and linger via the chakra network. An example would be during the war with Naruto's chakra cloak reappearing on soldiers like Shikamaru who were hit by the world tree. It was explained by Kurama that once chakra is connected it is never really severed. So no I don't believe the Kama seal marks will ever leave with out some plot changing bs or convenience.

We need to get Karin to have a kid and train that kid for Chakra Control. Why? Because even a half Uzumaki will have ungodly amounts of Chakra, so that means that they'll either fill the seal super quickly, which is boring, or more interestingly they would have a seal that contains absurd amounts of Chakra. That kid would then be the first person likely able to summon all of Lady Katsuya at once.
11:47 Tsunadi probably gave it the name 100 seal jutsu when she was still younger without the need to use her chakra to maintain her youth. Yes, not quite as young as Sakura when she first mastered it but probably young enough to no yet have to use it to keep herself young. So perhaps Sakura can use 100% while Tsunadi's 100 healing is 90% of Sakuras's. That is., Sakura might call hers the 120 healing seal. Rolls off, of the tongue.
With their chakra reserves could you imagine how much of Lady katsuyua they could summon if an uzumaki had the seal or how many times they could heal from death? Maybe this is a plot line for himawari. You would have to have crazy chakra control to use the Byakugan and gentle fist

Just to add, the Kāma markings are a black diamond on the palm when they aren't "activated." Almost identical to what the two monster strength ladies have on their forehead. That's one of the main reasons Sarada was asking about it -- of course, they extend like you said, but they have even more similarities is all I am saying.
the principle of both seals are similar however the karma seems to be an advanced implementation of the byakugou seal which stores chakra while the karma stores the data of the being that placed it.

The seal reminds me of that one paper seal that the toad leader gave Hagaromo when he taught him Sage Mode. Hagaromo used the seal to kill his brother then revive and free him from their mother's mind control. Both seals are pretty much a massive seal of chakra that provide life saving healing.

I've always understood Tsunade's youthful appearance as being a constantly-upkept transformation jutsu, not necessarily a property of the Strength Of A Hundred seal. If anything, her constantly transforming herself - even in her sleep - is just another example of her ungodly chakra control, which itself feeds into how she was able to manifest the seal in the first place. This is why she drops the transformation in dire moments, because she has to prioritise healing herself rather than bother with the extra effort of a transformation.
That would be hot, if they got decapitated. Because when they activated that seal in green new bodies out of their necks, their clothes would still be on their old bodies.
It's my understanding that since Fuinjutsu is essentially programming, Tsunade and Sakura programmed their seal to perform the healing jutsu (forgot the name). That would mean that someone with the seal could program it to perform another technique of their choosing

Actually no, when they set free all that chakra they can preform another justu for regeneration, but those are different Justus that they use it combined.

She does have the chakra enhanced strength but not to the level and efficency Sakura does. In the anime, Sarada could only match blows with sakura by using her Sharingan eye of insight ability to copy Sakuras chakra flow and release
She used her sharingan to predict and match Sakura's chakra control for that punch. Sakura herself says that it was incredibly dangerous and could have had disastrous results. To summarize, Sarada doesn't have perfect chakra control, but she was able to mimic it in a fight, so she wouldn't have the ability to constantly be storing chakra into a seal
Makes sense, most jutsu take a few days to learn, a few weeks to use proper qnd years to master. This takes 3 years to use and years of prep to even learn.

I personally head canon that the seal was taught to medical ninja by the slugs,like a reverse sage mode using your own chakra. Considering all the people who’ve we’ve seen using the bakuya seal have a working contract with the slugs it would make sense from a lore standpoint
I’m sort of wondering if that jutsu Tsunade uses to keep herself younger essentially makes herself immortal (not as in not dying, but continuing to live within a young age for a long time). Tsunade has the perfect genetics to use the Byakugo Seal. Her Uzumaki heritage gives her immense vitality and life force as well as an extended lifespan.

Wait, when was it stated that Tsunade was making her cells make her younger? Her youthful appearances are from a transformation jutsu that she uses and she uses the seals chakra to do this, I don't remember it stating that she's capable of keeping her cells young as well... did I miss something?
It's somewhat implied, because if it was an actual transformation jutsu, there would be the smoke effect when it goes off or dissipates. Tsunade's body gradually ages when she loses all her usable chakra, in that state she can't do anything and is very frail, she ages way more than her actual age, so the transformation isn't just visual, her body itself changes. Her body got to that state probably because she had to use the seal a lot during the war for regeneration, severely reducing her lifespan. If she hadn't learned that rejuvenation technique she wouldn't be able to fight or probably even walk.
Imagine a Rock Lee and Sakura love child that has both the 8 gates and 100 healings seal. Now what if it had the nine tails? Oh and drop in a new combo of sharingan and the byakugan

You got the strength of the hundred seal and the hundred healings mixed up. The hundred healings is a jutsu created by Tsunade which deals with healing and the strength of the hundred seal is a different technique which only deals with chakra storage. They're both well discussed in NarutoPedia with reference to cannon sources.

If they can fill a chakra pool for years to achieve Byakugo, does that mean, theoretically, they can also fill another chakra pool to achieve a second, third, etc. Byakugo seal? That would be nuts.
I have this theory about sakura. Uzumaki women usually has red hair like mito, kushina and karin. While Sakura has pink hair, we all know pink is a tint of red. So I think it's possible that sakura has an uzumaki blood in her that's why she was able to reserve so much chakra and that is also one feat uzumaki clan is known for- they are capable of storing a large amount of chakra in them.
Interesting theory but I Sakura only has large chakra reserves bc of the seal Tsunade taught her. In her fight against Ino, she barely uses any Justu but ream out of chakra quickly
Um, you kinda got it backwards, again. That half gallon isn't what you put into the seal, its what you get to use for your day if you're lucky. And if you so much as go one drop over that day, instant reset on seal progress. It's why it's such a stupid hard thing to accomplish, three years basically running on empty to maybe get it if your lucky. Also for all the Sakura haters, she was essentially running on no chakra for 99% of Shippuden and look at what she did, so just imagine what she woulda been up to if she wasn't dumping pretty much all of her daily chakra into the seal most of the show.
We don't need to imagine. She charged six paths madara with the seal activated and amounted to nothing. In the middle of the battle she says, "Sasuke's not even concerned about me". When her whole character arc was supposed to be standing on her own. If she wanted to be protected 24/7, she should have chosen Naruto. But choosing Sasuke, she should expect to fight on her own strength. That's how Sasuke operated throughout shippudden. Her being useless has nothing to do with her jutsu. It's her character itself

shizune would be so op if she was a combatant. she could make physical shadow clones that dont disappear when hit. She could clone her enemies so they'd have to fight themselves. The ability to make cells is so powerful I see why Kishimoto made her a non combatant.
Even if she uses the Byakugao seal to heal her mangekyo damage for a time I still think she will get an EMS eventually. Her having an EMS removes the need for her to use the seal to heal her eyes and she can direct that chakra towards the fight
To get an EMS you need the eyes of a relative who also has awakened the MS. Sasuke is the only other one who has it, so either he gives it to her (improbable) or they keep it that way, having her use the Byakugō seal to heal the damage as a way for her to not be too OP.

Sarada probably won't get the seal cuz its purpose was so medical nins could fight on the front lines in battle and Sakura knows that so if Sarada isn't gonna be a medical nin then she won't get most likely. plus the fact that Sarada wants to focuse on mastering the sharingan.

The Byakugou Seal is OP and mixing it with the Sharingan is something that a maturing Sarada will be able to possess after training exclusively in Chakra Control the same way her mother did. I think that the genius Sharingan-user could do what her momma does if she had the right teacher. Momma is busy saving lives, but Lady Tsunade is just chillin'. If Sarada wants to be Hokage, she needs to train under a Hokage. Imagine all of the Senju-Uchiha storylines that would come out of this pairing too. Also, stay with me here, she would be able to attain Hashirama Cells through her training with Tsunade as a reward for her success at gaining a new Byakugou Seal that has never been mastered before but can be mastered by a Sharingan-user. You still on the crazy train? OK there's more, from combination of the Byakugou Seal, her Uchiha Chakra, and added Senju Chakra, The Rinnegan would be born. This is my version of Beyond Hokage Sarada. Yet still, Boruto is still going to be written to be vastly stronger than a Byakugou Seal/Rinnegan user human could ever be. I think that Kawaki with the Fake Karma Seal would beat this Sarada with enough time training to be better than Isshiki at his Jutsu, Naruto at his Jutsu, and with the help of his cybernetics too. One last chug for the ole train, she only beats Boruto and Kawaki in their future transformations if she gets involved with Kaguya Otsutsuki out of their shared sense of love for all beings that have chakra flowing in them. That would Perfect Mode Sarada. Also if Tsunade can reverse engineer her age, I am convinced she could do so to the extent of being 70 year old that could have a storyline where she falls happily in love and has a child. Kashin Koji is going to come back into this story and I hope it is to teach Boruto the Steam Toad Sage Mode while Sarada trains her Byakugou Seal. There high jinx have them meet at some point and BOOM 🎆🎇🎆 Chemistry then a baby for the 72 yo Tsunade and her clone BF that is the same in all the right places, but different in all the right places too. Tsunade and Koji deserve to be happy, not that they aren't, but I imagine they could be happy together. This is a fan's perspective on a fictional story, so while I would watch the shows no matter what actually happens in their story, it is still fun to imagine the possibilities of fiction.

since it accelerates cell division, while eight gates burns through you. so, healing yourself with it=healing bone fracture and so forth. plus with the release of the eight gates, you have more chakra to access, meaning that you can refill the byakuya seal at the same time

Sakura didn't get stronger cuz she activated the seal,but rather cuz she isn't holding back her chakra any more,now she has full access to her chakra,which she didn't for like 3 years because she was storing up that chakra

It was both her not holding back chackra and also activating the seal. Activating the seal gives you a power boost and then releasing the seal and activating mitotic regeneration gives you another power boost and instant regeneration.

@@kannan07 Exactly. The seal doesn't give you a boost unless you release it. What Sakura did after activating it in the war was her finally not holding back, not the seal giving her a boost.
When she started fighting her seal just formed and it was complete but she didn’t activate it yet. So those attacks were all her without the seal.
People can't realize how much she's grown in the show. She went for being literally one of the weakest Shinobi, to being one the best medical ninjas and literally has stupendous monster strength. People may disagree with me on this, but I never thought she was weak even in Naruto. She just never got those solo fights that we people you possibly don't hate her could've wanted. She was very intelligent and very strong willed. Her spirit was so crazy she decided to train under the strongest women in the world at the time (Tsunade) and grew from that training cause well she didn't die. Kakashi may be her sensei and stuff, but he didn't train her or pay close attention to her much like he did Sasuke or Naruto. He may have said she is more of a genjustu type and the best at Chakra control of the team at the time he didn't really do much with that. Blaming Sakura for her "uselessness" is just getting old. She actually scored top of her class in ninjutsu performance and ninja science/calculus etc. But then when the “real life missions” actually started she was kind of a fail compared to the test-cheater Sasuke and the no-inhibitions Naruto. Considering Sakura and Shikamaru are listed as 8th Hokage candidates, I think if they did give Sakura a different form of the seal, it would be either after she becomes Hokage, or the reason she becomes the next Kage.
Sadly that's not going to happen. Every single character from the old gen is NEVER going to get an upgrade now. Boruto hates showing the old gen as strong or improving since the focus is on Boruto and his buddies. That's it for them. The characters are casually tossed into the bin. When Isshiki attacked Konoha, the old gen could not defend the village or themselves. They were thrown to the side like they were some random filler characters. Total disrespect! Might Gai threw hands with a god (Madara) and Lee was not given the opportunity to also throw hands with a god (Isshiki).

Like some other people including Nick said, Sarada is kind of dog water at chakra control currently. The only way I see her learning the 100 healings is if she does some intense training with Sakura and Sasuke that brings her control above Shizune but below Tsunade.

Its also worth mentioning that the gramps (small toad that helped Naruto learn sage mode) whatever his name is, knows who Katsuyu is so there is definitely some lore behind all of this
That's because they all come from the same place. Mount Myoboku is is in the same place as the forest where the snakes live ajd also I'd imagine wherever Katsuyu lives too. Since Orochimaru also claimed to have seen Lady Katsuyu in the forest since he says that the one summoned is nothing compared to the one he saw then. So we can assume he's seen how large Lady Katsuyu really is.
@@Noobie2k7 its not the same forest actually. Katsuyu lives in the Shikkotsu forest, the toads reside in Mount Myobōku, and the snakes are from Ryūchi Cave. The only correlation between the old three-way summoning is that Katsuyu, Manda, and Gamabunta know each other from previously working together to then fighting.

but that’s too specific of a skill to be a medical ninja, Sakura in her early years as a medical ninja was able to perform difficult surgeries, cure poisons, heal external wounds, and knew the anatomy of the human body and sage mode isn’t chakra control, sage mode utilizes nature energy. Mitsuki isn’t suited to being a medical ninja, tbh i don’t think anyone on Boruto’s team will be a medical ninja. Sarada i would say has the best chance because Sakura is her mother and she’s learning alternative ways to get better chakra control using her sharingan

It's interesting to note that unlike Naruto and Sasuke did with their mentors signature jutsu, what we see with Sakura isn't the evolution of the 100 healings jutsu but more or less a different application of the jutsu's power or a full picture of what one can accomplish, at least from a combative angle. Because Tsunade used the jutsu 24/7 to keep her body physically in it's prime while also amassing chakra for the jutsu, her release was weaker than what we see with Sakura who is only amassing chakra and then at various points releasing it. So Sakura is more an example of what Tsunade could do if she were actually in her prime and not using a considerable amount of her power to keep herself physically (not just cosmetically) in her prime. And while this isn't confirmed, I'm pretty sure she also does it in her sleep as we've seen that when she stops she immediately ages and is very weak, but even in a comma her body reactivated the jutsu.

Your theory makes it logical how she could stay alive while fighting the great Hanzo during her prime. She didn’t get the three great sannin title for nothing. Hanzo was very powerful during the previous world war and only 3 ninjas managed to fight with him on par and without any summoning jutsu I presumed
I'm mad that Kishimoto never explored or even showcased Sakura in the anime like how she was in her novel, girl was literally put up against a 9 tails jinchuriki clone, and won, and Kishi should've explained or elaborated how Sakura generated a new limb, because that could possibly mean that Sakura upgraded the byakuya seal and might even have found a way to stop it's weakness ( the seal's weakness is shortebing its user's life span because of the cell-division)
I always assumed the 100 Healings was just the slug version of sage mode. I wish we had a bit more history of the summons in general, but what we do know with Toad/Snake you can summon different ones of varying sizes, strength, and skills based on the amount of Chakra used while summoning and their contracted users can learn to access Sage energy in which the user takes on physical aspects of their summon animal. Where as with Katsuyu it is basically a portion of the being you are summoning based on the amount of chakra applied to the summon. Which I can only assume that maybe Lady Katsuyu is the only one of her kind?(which assuming she simply lives in her natural environment without shrines and special pools of oil etc, creature comforts for humans to train and grow per say) And one could argue she isn't an offensive type summon(we see her mostly used in the battlefield healing and playing a defensive role) so we can assume she wouldn't teach Sage mode as it's activation time could clearly leave the healer open to attack or if someone was critically injured that would requires immediate attention. Also her healing factor is clearly more powerful than a Sage user. Kabuto still took a bit of time to stabilize and heal Sasuke's chest wound, Tsunade once she had access to a large volume of Chakra after being split in two basically INSTANTLY healed her severed body and was able to keep herself alive and 4 kages alive with almost NO chakra. It would also explain why other users with summons do not have access to Sage mode specifically(Lord 3rd for example)they probably have some other power-up.
If each summon has their own unique power up to help their contracted users then their methods would be clearly different(Even toad sage and snake sage have clear differences). What if this is simply a link to Katsuyu's ridiculous healing factor, but in order to access it(And probably prevent transforming into a slug)you need a reserve and control of Chakra to handle the boost and explains why the proportion of healing is based on the amount of chakra of the user. This negates the need to stop moving and accumulate nature energy, just activate jutsu and get to healing. The precise chakra control between the summoned/summoner could also explain why the user does not take on aspects of their summoned creature.
Could even take this deeper that Katsuyu was the the catalyst that help formed the early beginnings of the Uzumaki clan(Mastery of sealing jutsus and unusual large reserves of chakra and life spans). Eh? Maybe?

I also have this theory that the jutsu has something to do with the slugs in the Shikotsu Woods. Mostly because we don’t know much about the place. In fact, we only know that it is a place where the slugs resides & it is the only legendary sage regions that has yet to be explored in the anime or manga or novel. Also Sarada did trained with Sakura in a few episodes in Boruto and by the end of it it was shown that Sakura will keep training her on chakra control. So the possibility of Sarada inheriting this jutsu is still there like how she used chidori out of nowhere in the manga.

I think it will be like throwing a barrel of gasoline to a camp fire. The fire is the 8th gate mode , the wood is the body of the user and the gasoline is byakougou. For sure the fire will become wider but it will end up consuming the wood way too fastly

No you can’t. Senjutsu chakra has to be added to your chakra pool and must be equal to your spirit and physical energy.

I was under the impression that Tsunade was using a simple Transformation technique to look young, that's why it immediately reverts to old looking when she's drained.
No it’s not just a transformation jutsu she is literally changing her cells it’s the highest level of transformation jutsu. If she runs out of chackra she can’t keep using the jutsu.
Sakura needs to further enhance this jutsu, then pass it on to Sarada of course.
Even if Sarada doesn't learn the 100 healings, she could still learn the seal to store chakra to enhance her sharingan

I feel like stacking the Byakuya and Eight Gates would make it slightly more powerful than the two individually. The Byakuya would be constantly healing the damage of the Eighth Gate so it might drain the seal much faster.
For sarada learning this I will say first she’ll learn control how naruto learned it, focus on one spot and don’t worry about anything else so she won’t be a healer but with incredible determination she might learn this one hard technique. And that’s about the only good thing about this because like tsunade, sarada without ems and being the tank of the team she will never have a full power seal like Sakura and she might have to pour a ton of chakra per day just to do it with her not sufficient chakra control so she might complete it faster during that time sarada will be more useless than part 1 Sakura since she won’t have any chakra per day or won’t be able to use any since she is concentrating 100% on the seal. So with this cons if sarada is a mission ninja doing work every day I don’t think she will ever learn it

Good video, though I disagree with the Sarada having poor chakra control thing. Rather then using an anime only event as our entire basis on this, why not use the cannon material? Sarada is one of very few people able to directly use her chakra to increase her physical strength. This in itself it a feat of extreme chakra control. Well technically mitosis is only used for somatic cells which are all other than the egg and sperm which are gamete cells. Meiosis is the cell division happening when a baby is being made, these are not identical copies but with mitosis those are identical copies of the previous cell

I don't think so because of a few reasons. 1) they could of just done that with Boruto when the seal appeared and or discovered but they didnt. 2) It has spread further then just the arm and extends dangerously towards other parts of the body via the head, eye, and even a horn. 3) I believe even if they had their arms cut off the chakra from an otsosuki would still be there and linger via the chakra network. An example would be during the war with Naruto's chakra cloak reappearing on soldiers like Shikamaru who were hit by the world tree. It was explained by Kurama that once chakra is connected it is never really severed. So no I don't believe the Kama seal marks will ever leave with out some plot changing bs or convenience.

We need to get Karin to have a kid and train that kid for Chakra Control. Why? Because even a half Uzumaki will have ungodly amounts of Chakra, so that means that they'll either fill the seal super quickly, which is boring, or more interestingly they would have a seal that contains absurd amounts of Chakra. That kid would then be the first person likely able to summon all of Lady Katsuya at once.

Just to add, the Kāma markings are a black diamond on the palm when they aren't "activated." Almost identical to what the two monster strength ladies have on their forehead. That's one of the main reasons Sarada was asking about it -- of course, they extend like you said, but they have even more similarities is all I am saying.
the principle of both seals are similar however the karma seems to be an advanced implementation of the byakugou seal which stores chakra while the karma stores the data of the being that placed it.
Well actually both Sakura’s & Tsunade together are only able to Summon 1/10 of katsuyu which is only 10% not 70%. Great video non the less

The seal reminds me of that one paper seal that the toad leader gave Hagaromo when he taught him Sage Mode. Hagaromo used the seal to kill his brother then revive and free him from their mother's mind control. Both seals are pretty much a massive seal of chakra that provide life saving healing.

If you look at Sakura parents her mother kinda looks like the second mizukage so she could be a descendent of the hozuki clan which explains why one of Sakura chakra nature is water and has a knack for genjutsu which you need precise chakra control for.
Sakuras dad has purplish red hair like Gaara’s dad she could be from distant clan of the uzamaki since gaara has red hair and a tailed beast and she has pink hair unlike her parents. The only people with the seals on their forehead are tsunade and her grandmother mito who is and uzamaki. I've always understood Tsunade's youthful appearance as being a constantly-upkept transformation jutsu, not necessarily a property of the Strength Of A Hundred seal. If anything, her constantly transforming herself - even in her sleep - is just another example of her ungodly chakra control, which itself feeds into how she was able to manifest the seal in the first place. This is why she drops the transformation in dire moments, because she has to prioritise healing herself rather than bother with the extra effort of a transformation.
That would be hot, if they got decapitated. Because when they activated that seal in green new bodies out of their necks, their clothes would still be on their old bodies.
It's my understanding that since Fuinjutsu is essentially programming, Tsunade and Sakura programmed their seal to perform the healing jutsu (forgot the name). That would mean that someone with the seal could program it to perform another technique of their choosing

She does have the chakra enhanced strength but not to the level and efficency Sakura does. In the anime, Sarada could only match blows with sakura by using her Sharingan eye of insight ability to copy Sakuras chakra flow and release
She used her sharingan to predict and match Sakura's chakra control for that punch. Sakura herself says that it was incredibly dangerous and could have had disastrous results. To summarize, Sarada doesn't have perfect chakra control, but she was able to mimic it in a fight, so she wouldn't have the ability to constantly be storing chakra into a seal

Let's go. Do a history of the indigenous people of the Naruto world (slug clan, frog clan, snake clan and etc.) before the Columbus of Naruto, the Otsutsuki, came in to colonize.
Wait, when was it stated that Tsunade was making her cells make her younger? Her youthful appearances are from a transformation jutsu that she uses and she uses the seals chakra to do this, I don't remember it stating that she's capable of keeping her cells young as well... did I miss something?
It's somewhat implied, because if it was an actual transformation jutsu, there would be the smoke effect when it goes off or dissipates. Tsunade's body gradually ages when she loses all her usable chakra, in that state she can't do anything and is very frail, she ages way more than her actual age, so the transformation isn't just visual, her body itself changes.
Her body got to that state probably because she had to use the seal a lot during the war for regeneration, severely reducing her lifespan. If she hadn't learned that rejuvenation technique she wouldn't be able to fight or probably even walk.

You got the strength of the hundred seal and the hundred healings mixed up. The hundred healings is a jutsu created by Tsunade which deals with healing and the strength of the hundred seal is a different technique which only deals with chakra storage. They're both well discussed in NarutoPedia with reference to cannon sources.

I have this theory about sakura. Uzumaki women usually has red hair like mito, kushina and karin. While Sakura has pink hair, we all know pink is a tint of red. So I think it's possible that sakura has an uzumaki blood in her that's why she was able to reserve so much chakra and that is also one feat uzumaki clan is known for- they are capable of storing a large amount of chakra in them.

Um, you kinda got it backwards, again. That half gallon isn't what you put into the seal, its what you get to use for your day if you're lucky. And if you so much as go one drop over that day, instant reset on seal progress. It's why it's such a stupid hard thing to accomplish, three years basically running on empty to maybe get it if your lucky.
Also for all the Sakura haters, she was essentially running on no chakra for 99% of Shippuden and look at what she did, so just imagine what she woulda been up to if she wasn't dumping pretty much all of her daily chakra into the seal most of the show.

When her whole character arc was supposed to be standing on her own. If she wanted to be protected 24/7, she should have chosen Naruto. But choosing Sasuke, she should expect to fight on her own strength. That's how Sasuke operated throughout shippudden. Her being useless has nothing to do with her jutsu. It's her character itself

Also she survived a truth seeking rod impaling her with no damage and they discovered about Limbo because of that. Where does any if those things are useless? No where
@francesco speranza she said that but it still amounted to zilch. Sasuke and Naruto's abilities literally undermine Limbo by themselves without Sakura. Sasuke can literally SEE them
@@DBL6Domino he noticed them ONLY after she went as a distraction tho. That's a fact that doesn't change even to the fact that Naruto's and Sasuke's abilities countered the limbo. They didn't noticed them untill one of them stopped her punch. I never said oh my god she did the best,but she was never useless and this wasn't a useless moment. If Kakashi went and did the same thing a lot of people wouldn't see it as a useless thing or a disgrace but a feat
@@CyanHope well Kakashi is a well written character 💀😂. Even Tsunade has more character development. Sakura has not changed. Even as her skills progressed. Naruto had already dodged a whole limbo clone earlier before Sakura decided to run face first at Madara. Your example is literally the perfect reason why she is useless.
shizune would be so op if she was a combatant. she could make physical shadow clones that dont disappear when hit. She could clone her enemies so they'd have to fight themselves. The ability to make cells is so powerful I see why Kishimoto made her a non combatant.
Even if she uses the Byakugao seal to heal her mangekyo damage for a time I still think she will get an EMS eventually. Her having an EMS removes the need for her to use the seal to heal her eyes and she can direct that chakra towards the fight
To get an EMS you need the eyes of a relative who also has awakened the MS. Sasuke is the only other one who has it, so either he gives it to her (improbable) or they keep it that way, having her use the Byakugō seal to heal the damage as a way for her to not be too OP.
@@tytaanis she's Gonna get Sasuke Sasuke's original eyes, and why would they not want her to be too powerful, the way it's going now her and mitsuki will be way behind Boruto and kawaki, not saying she needs to be 100 percent on their level but it doesn't have to be a humongous gap

Sarada probably won't get the seal cuz its purpose was so medical nins could fight on the front lines in battle and Sakura knows that so if Sarada isn't gonna be a medical nin then she won't get most likely. plus the fact that Sarada wants to focuse on mastering the sharingan.

@@animazingsatou6797 it's not exclusive to medical nins, there are only 2 people in the world with that jutsu and both of them happen to be medical ninjutsu bc medical jutsu require chackra control, they use the seal to enhance their medical ninjutsu but someone with top tier chakra control can also get it but it is so hard that only 2 people did it

The Byakugou Seal is OP and mixing it with the Sharingan is something that a maturing Sarada will be able to possess after training exclusively in Chakra Control the same way her mother did. I think that the genius Sharingan-user could do what her momma does if she had the right teacher. Momma is busy saving lives, but Lady Tsunade is just chillin'. If Sarada wants to be Hokage, she needs to train under a Hokage. Imagine all of the Senju-Uchiha storylines that would come out of this pairing too. Also, stay with me here, she would be able to attain Hashirama Cells through her training with Tsunade as a reward for her success at gaining a new Byakugou Seal that has never been mastered before but can be mastered by a Sharingan-user. You still on the crazy train? OK there's more, from combination of the Byakugou Seal, her Uchiha Chakra, and added Senju Chakra, The Rinnegan would be born. This is my version of Beyond Hokage Sarada. Yet still, Boruto is still going to be written to be vastly stronger than a Byakugou Seal/Rinnegan user human could ever be. I think that Kawaki with the Fake Karma Seal would beat this Sarada with enough time training to be better than Isshiki at his Jutsu, Naruto at his Jutsu, and with the help of his cybernetics too. One last chug for the ole train, she only beats Boruto and Kawaki in their future transformations if she gets involved with Kaguya Otsutsuki out of their shared sense of love for all beings that have chakra flowing in them. That would Perfect Mode Sarada.
Also if Tsunade can reverse engineer her age, I am convinced she could do so to the extent of being 70 year old that could have a storyline where she falls happily in love and has a child. Kashin Koji is going to come back into this story and I hope it is to teach Boruto the Steam Toad Sage Mode while Sarada trains her Byakugou Seal. There high jinx have them meet at some point and BOOM 🎆🎇🎆 Chemistry then a baby for the 72 yo Tsunade and her clone BF that is the same in all the right places, but different in all the right places too. Tsunade and Koji deserve to be happy, not that they aren't, but I imagine they could be happy together. This is a fan's perspective on a fictional story, so while I would watch the shows no matter what actually happens in their story, it is still fun to imagine the possibilities of fiction.
