@@FarmerBoBonRUclips Thank you for the video. I just imported all the rocks I wanted from fs22 and they all were invisible in GE10 but just put $data in front of that shader path in i3d fixed it. Looking forward to this series. Let's get stuck in :)

But I got a question my friend, would you like to do a video that explains how to change the parameters (and which ones to change) to change the trees bahaviour. I hate that the trees in fs25 are so "light". Do you know where the physics can be changed and if i can change the Spruces parameters to let's say the parameters a Silver fir texture, growth time etc. Since I want to focus on a woodcutting map this video was perfect, because I miss a lot of tree types for typical forests here in bavaria that I have to somehow do my self. Well, enough talk, greetings from the snowy and sunny bavaria :)
Hi there, colors no easily changed, you have to rebuild the LODs by recoloring the greens then save as 32.bit png 8bit RGB, then convert with giants texture tool. Then growth should be settings in the xml. 😊
love your videos keep them coming. please can you do a video on how to get a nice vehicle store or a shed from fs22 to fs25 with the thing you need to do with the textures as well for it to look better in fs25 ? please lol.i am building a map on your 2x blank map. thank you.
There are no more fields in game, only farmland, so in general when you setup the placeable you would add the line boughtwithfarmland to the base section of the placeables own xml
i believe (speculating) if you use the first 2, leave 3 and 4 from fs22 it will be the same as fs25.. i could be wrong but in my mind it will work.. the 4 weight files in fs22 are 90 degrees rotated from one another, so by using 1 and 2 you have 0 and 90 degrees covered (which are on the same axis as 180 and 270) so it should work.. :)
Have you tried to remove the branches after cutting it down. Seems I cant do that. Maybe it is just me?? Cuts down good and can chop up with a harvestor but not with a chainsaw.
make sure you have LOD0 attrib window and set the rigid body to preset Tree this should be all that is needed if i remeber correctly.. think i show in the video as well.
ohhh no we cant acess the "splitTypes" hence we cant add a new treetype... hopefully they will grant acess to that later.. for now we can only used imported trees, no new treetypes from what i can gather... i spent many hours trying to work around it.. splittypes just blocks everything
Your 4x map from nexus doesn't show in game. I did it exactly the same as your 2X map. I got it to work. I had to place the files in a folder after unzipping and I had to call that folder the same as the zip folder. I didnt have to do that with the 2X map so I dont know why with the 4X but all is good.
Its the annoying way nexus adds numbers to the download filename so you have to unzip the download. Ill have a look i might have messed up th3 upload, i normally place the zipped map inside another zip which they add their numbering..
ooooohh windows "close application" key, same effect as hitting the tilde key twice in game and type exit and enter... BUT, does this close your game files properly? i dont think so.. naaah im old school, click click click hehehehehehe.. by the time my fat fingers found the alt and f4 key and my brain figured out how to press them together i have already clicked on exit.. you can safely Alt Tab out of the game and do something outside and Alt Tab back.. but when you work with maps and you made changes to the maps xmls or i3d you have to reload unfortunately, not the same as when you working on a vehicle or any other mod that is in the store. This you can just tab out make changes and tab back, the in console just type gsStoreItemsReload and you are all happy and refreshed :) but bless you for the comment.. much appreciated..

I already got my spruce trees into my map, not sure if they can be harvested though
Nice.. as i showed here it was the lod0 rigid body that just needed to be set to "tree" then its harvestable😊

To quit the fs25 game, you can use the shortcut key Alt + F4。😁
