    267g granulated sugar
    454g unsalted butter
    1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
    79mls of water
    1 teaspoon cream of tartar

      Hi @gulchanbhikha059.. Thank you for being here,I'm pleased to have you.. Swiss Meringue buttercream is made with only egg whites and I have done a few videos on the channel about this .. Whole eggs can be used for French buttercream a recipe I have on the channel..kindly check these out and I hope you find some value .. Thank you x
