Heat to 118 - 119 C | 244 - 246F

How can I make the cream without using butter or milk, because I don't like butter, milk and cheese
My Nan showed me this very important tip when you’re whipping egg whites and the tip is when you’re washing up the beater and bowl she said to me 8 years old to double wash each item so wash the bowl once rinse and repeat and the exact same way for the beater and always wash them before washing everything else you have used and then the next time you want to whip up egg whites you know without a shadow of doubt you’re bowl and beater are squeaky clean so I’ve been following this advice from my Nan for a lifetime , and when I’m setting up to whip egg whites I still hear her saying have you double washed everything and I always have a few tears as my Nan is not here anymore only in my heart ❤️ I hope you to find this tip helps you next time you’re whipping egg whites ❤❤❤❤❤

Aya this buttercream recipe is amazing!!! I love the texture and flavor of it. I am a butter cream fanatic and I dislike supersweet buttercreams which is what I've always been using. This recipe though was the opposite. Not too sweet not too bland. For me and my family it falls right in the middle which is perfect and the creaminess of it. Chefs kiss. I am definitely gonna be using this recipe from now on. You rock!!!

I’m not a fan of butter cream because it’s wayyyy too sweet, and the texture is heavy! I had no idea there are several different kinds of butter cream lol. So now that I know this I really really want to try this kind of buttercream!
You should try brown butter butter cream. It's not too sweet either.

I think you may but it is actually 1 teaspoon equivalent to 1 egg white

that microwave method can only be used if the wrapper is from paper :)
The meringue buttercream on my cake became hard and difficult to slice (cracked) thru the next day when out of fridge, what could be the problem?
can you give tips how to get bright color? is heating it up and put it on the fridge, re whip, is ok?
Just like any other meringue, re-whipping it after it completely cools down and set does not work well. And gel/paste colorings color better than liquids’. You can add more with them too.
For darker buttercream people microwave their buttercream,can we do it with IMBC?TIA
Whenever I microwave it, I stop it very frequently especially toward the end and mix each time to prevent butter from melting partially!
Can you use margarine instead of butter

It reminds me of chewing gum ( the softness of the sugar syrup)
I put mine in the freezer to cool. Just for 15 min. It totally deflated the whole thing!! I tried to whip it up again and it just wouldn't. Ruined the whole thing!! DON"T DO IT! Cool it while mixing with frozen peas or blueberries around the bowl.
It’ll deflate if you try to re-whip after it completely cools down. So continue whipping until it cools down just like how I showed in the video and add butter right away. Hope it’ll be a success next time!
